Resumo
Introdução: A saúde sexual de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Transgêneros,
Queer, Intersexo, Assexuais, Pansexuais, Não binários e outras identificações
de gênero e orientações sexual, não envolve somente as questões físicas, mas
também psicológicas e sociais inerentes a estas identidades. Isso inclui acesso a serviços de saúde, educação sexual, direitos humanos, recursos para
prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis, tratamento e serviços
assistências para essa comunidade. Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar
a função sexual dos discentes pertencentes à população LGBTQIAPN+
universitária. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de caráter observacional,
transversal com abordagem quantitativa e amostra por tempo de conveniência. Foram coletados dados clínicos, sociodemográficos e de estilo de vida por meio de questionário desenvolvido pelos autores e dados referentes à saúde sexual via Questionário Female Sexual Function Index e Questionário Índice Internacional de Função Erétil, aplicados em ambiente virtual, no período de Novembro de 2022 à Maio de 2023. Resultados: A amostra foi composta por 43 indivíduos, dos quais 61% (n=26) eram bissexuais, 30% (n=13) homossexuais, 7% (n=3) pansexuais e 2% (n=1) assexuais, 86% (n=37) na faixa etária de 18 a 30 anos. Dos indivíduos masculinos, 30% apresentaram risco de disfunção sexual, enquanto 72% dos indivíduos femininos apresentaram esse mesmo risco. Conclusão: É necessário desenvolver programas e medidas que promovam a saúde sexual desta população, contribuindo assim, para o aumento de qualidade de vida desta minoria.
Introduction: The sexual health of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, Pansexual, Nonbinary and other gender identifications and sexual orientations, involves not only the physical issues, but also psychological and social inherent in these identities. This includes access to health services, sex education, human rights, resources for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, treatment and care services for this community. Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the sexual function of students belonging to the LGBTQIAPN+ university population. Methodology: This is an observational cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach and convenience time sampling. Clinical, sociodemographic and lifestyle data were collected through a questionnaire developed by the authors and data regarding sexual health through the Female Sexual Function Index Questionnaire and the International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire, applied in a virtual environment, from November 2022 to May 2023. Results: The sample consisted of 43 individuals, of which 61% (n=26) were bisexual, 30% (n=13) homosexual, 7% (n=3) pansexual and 2% (n=1) asexual, 86% (n=37) aged 18 to 30 years. Of the male individuals, 30% have a risk of sexual dysfunction, while 72% of the female individuals have thissame risk. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop programs and measures that promote the sexual health of this previously, thus contributing to the increase of quality of life of this minority.
