The natural gas is becoming increasingly common in Brazil and with this growth we also see a greater investment in the execution of underground networks, with this, we see as the main subject in this field the trenchless method (TCM) that is gaining space for being little invasive in the interference caused to society, benefiting drivers and pedestrians. In the present work, a study was carried out and data was taken from the work carried out through the TCM to define the necessary steps for the implementation of an underground natural gas network section, to compare with the classic destructive method. In the work, the steps of each construction system were highlighted, demonstrating that the non-destructive method is more practical and agile when compared to the method considered simpler.
