| dc.description.abstract | O ligamento cruzado anterior é responsável por limitar a translação tibial anterior e a rotação interna de quadril em relação a tíbia, quando há lesão neste ligamento, umas das técnicas de tratamento utilizada é a restriction blood flow que se caracteriza pela utilização de uma pressão externa na região mais proximal do segmento ocasionando uma compressão mecânica gradual da vascularização envolvida, impedindo o retorno venoso e desencadeando uma hipóxia no tecido muscular. Deste modo, objetiva-se verificar a eficácia da restriction blood flow na reabilitação fisioterapêutica após reconstrução do ligamento cruzado anterior. Este estudo trata-se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura onde foram analisados artigos dos últimos seis anos nas bases de dados Medline/Pubmed, PEDro e SCIELO. A pesquisa resultou em 3 artigos, sendo um ensaio randomizado controlado, um ensaio clínico e uma revisão de literatura. Ao término concluímos que não há um protocolo de exercícios pré-estabelecido, o tamanho do manguito não define a eficácia da técnica e a BFR somente será eficaz se for ocluída a partir de 50% do músculo sem a retirada da oclusão ou em pressão oclusiva de 180mmHg com a retirada, ou não, da oclusão durante as séries de até três minutos. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | The anterior cruciate ligament is responsible for limiting the anterior tibial translation and the internal rotation of the hip in relation to the tíbia, When there is a lesion in this ligament, one of the treatment techniques used is restriction blood flow, which is characterized by the use of external pressure on the most proximal region of the segment causing a gradual mechanical compression of the vascularization involved, preventing venous return and triggering hypoxia in the muscle tissue. Thus, the objective is to verify the effectiveness of restriction blood flow in physical therapy rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This study is a narrative literature review where articles from the last six Years in the Medline/PubMed, PEDro and SCIELO databases were analyzed. The Search resulted in three articles, being randomized controlled trial, a clinical trial and a literature review. At the end, we concluded that there is pre-established exercise protocol, the cuff size does not define the effectiveness of the technique and the BFR will Only be effective if it is occluded from 50% of the muscle without removing the occlusion or with occlusive pressure of 180mmHg with or without removal of the occlusion during sets of up to three minutes. | en |
