This conclusion work addresses the need for the regulation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Brazilian context, exploring associated technical, ethical, and legal challenges. The main objective is to analyze the current normative gap and propose guidelines for effective regulation. The research adopts a multidisciplinary approach, considering technical aspects of AI, relevant international regulations, specific case studies, and the involvement of professionals from various fields. By examining European (GDPR), Australian (Digital Innovation Law), and American (National AI Strategy) regulations, valuable lessons for the Brazilian context were identified. The absence of specific regulation in Brazil is analyzed through case studies, highlighting risks to privacy, socio-economic implications, and ethical challenges. We conclude that collaboration among professionals from different fields is essential for comprehensive regulation. The work addresses the initial problem, emphasizing the urgency of actions, and provides recommendations for future research. In summary, this study aims to contribute to the understanding and resolution of challenges associated with AI regulation in Brazil, promoting an ethical, equitable, and effective approach.
