| dc.description.abstract | Nesta monografia apresentada ao Curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade São Judas Tadeu para aprovação da disciplina Projeto de Graduação: Contextos, exploramos o tema "A Contribuição da Arquitetura para o Desenvolvimento Integrado da Comunidade Local, com Foco em Espaços Culturais, Coworking e Tecnologias Inovadoras". Destacamos a importância de centrar o projeto na comunidade, alinhando-se à realidade local, e a necessidade de considerar as transformações causadas pela tecnologia na relaçãodas pessoas como mundo, trabalho ec onsumo. O centro cultural visa reativar diferenças, diversificar pensamentos e ser um espaço de inovação e descoberta da realidade. Além disso, o projeto enfatiza a relevância da arquitetura no bem-estar das pessoas, incorporando citações de renomados arquitetos. A escolha estratégica do local na zona oeste de São Paulo, cercado por instituições educacionais e bem conectado por transporte público, reforça a acessibilidade. Destacamos as múltiplas vantagens do novo centro cultural, incluindo enriquecimento cultural, preservação de tradições locais, promoção da integração comunitária e estímulo ao empreendedorismo. O espaçode coworking, alinhado à crescente demanda global, busca não apenasoferecer um localdetrabalho, mas também promover ainteração entre empreendedores. Concluímos ressaltando o potencial transformador do projeto na comunidade da Vila Leopoldina, buscando harmonizar cultura, tecnologia e arquitetura para um desenvolvimento sustentável e inclusivo. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | In this monograph submitted to the Architecture and Urbanism Program at São Judas Tadeu University for approval in the Graduation Project: Contexts course, we explore the theme "The Contribution of Architecture to the Integrated Development of the Local Community, with a Focus on Cultural Spaces, Coworking, and Innovative Technologies.“ We emphasize the importance of centering the project within the community, aligning with the local reality, and the need to consider the transformations caused by technology in people's relationships with the world, work, and consumption. The cultural center aims to reactivate differences, diversify thoughts, and be a space for innovation and discovery of reality. Furthermore, the project underscores the relevance of architecture in people's well-being, incorporating quotes from renowned architects. The strategic choice of the location in the western zone of São Paulo, surrounded by educational institutions and well-connected by public transportation, reinforces accessibility. We highlight the multiple advantages of the new cultural center, including cultural enrichment, preservation of local traditions, promotion of community integration, and stimulation of entrepreneurship. The coworking space, aligned with the growing global demand, seeks not only to provide a workspace but also to promote interaction among entrepreneurs. We conclude by emphasizing the transformative potential of the project in the Vila Leopoldina community, aiming to harmonize culture, technology, and architecture for sustainable and inclusive development. | pt |
