| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to study the corporate reorganization in the educational segment, especially Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), from the Holding Company, and the impacts on the strengthening and development of this market segment. Like this, will use the formation of the educational group Anima Holding S.A as a case study, analyzing its business model in the educational segment, as well as the advantages of the corporate reorganization of controlled higher education institutions by Holding and the impact on the economy in the educational market segment. Its general objective: To analyze the corporate reorganization strategy at Anima Educacional, from the Holding Company, and the impacts on the value and expansion of the educational group. Specific objectives: To study the formation of Anima Holding S.A, identifying the institutions that comprise it; Analyze the Holding business model in the educational segment; Identify advantages of the corporate reorganization of higher education institutions controlled by Holding and the impact on the economy in the educational market segment. | en |

Assim, utilizará como estudo de caso a formação do grupo educacional Anima Holding S.A, analisando seu modelo de negócios no segmento educacional, bem como as vantagens da reorganização societária de instituições de ensino superior controladas por Holding e o impacto na economia no segmento de mercado educacional.Tem como objetivo geral: Analisar a estratégia de reorganização societária na Anima Educacional, a partir de Holding, e os impactos no valor e expansão do grupo educacional.
