| dc.description.abstract | Este artigo tem como objetivo contextualizar sobre a metodologia building information modeling (BIM). Apresentando a sua origem, definições, níveis de aplicação e dificuldades para a implantação. Na sequência demonstrar os resultados de uma modelagem de projetos utilizados para execução de uma obra em 3D, utilizando o software AUTODESK REVIT 2020, então realizar um estudo de caso sobre o empreendimento já entregue verificando os pontos levantados com o processo de compatibilização realizado, comparando com os itens que foram encontrados com as ocorrências de obra. A análise e feita tanto por verificações visuais dos projetos quanto com o uso do clashes detective utilizando o software AUTODESK NAVISWORKS 2020, chegando a um número de aproximadamente 18000 conflitos. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | This article aims to contextualize the building information modeling (BIM) methodology. Presenting its origin, definitions, application levels and difficulties for implementation. Next, demonstrate the results of a project modeling used for the execution of a 3D work, using the AUTODESK REVIT 2020 software, then carry out a case study on the project already delivered, verifying the points raised with the compatibility process carried out, comparing with the items that were found with the work occurrences.
