Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Estudo comparativo da utilização da endermologia associado à pipeta de vidro e pipeta de vidro com fator de crescimento para o tratamento de estrias atróficas(2017) Boing, Gerusa; Nitsch, GiovanaThe striae are an acquired atrophic coating, which appear firstly with a reddish aspect that designates an inflammatory process and after a period of time appear as nacreous white, and fissures appear on both sides of the body, and are visually annoying due to their wrinkled appearance, which can be numerous or rare, and usually arise due to an exaggerated stretching of the skin, indicating an elastic unbalance in the region of the lesion. They can be found in both genders, but most predominantly in the female gender. The microdermabrasion made with the glass pipette together with the endermology causes a local inflammatory process that provokes the reepithelization and neocolanogenesis. This study has the purpose of analyzing the efficacy of the endermology associated with the glass pipette to soothe the atrophic striae. The study consists of an exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, and the procedure for collection of data was of the experimental type. For the collection of data 12 healthy volunteers aged 18 to 45 were chosen, who would not be subject to the criteria for exclusion and also did not have any counterindication for the proposed treatment. Four sessions were held with intervals of 15 days between them, using the Dermotonus Slim apparatus of the Ibramed brand, at a pressure of 200mmHg, in the continuos mode, passing the pipette 30 times until causing hyperemia. The photographic records were obtained in advance, after the first session and after the last session. The analysis of data was conducted by observing the images collected and with analysis by professionals of the aesthetics area, as well as by means of the satisfaction of the volunteers submitted to the study. Thus, it was noted that they were negative and positive assessments by the evaluators, while by the volunteers the satisfaction was positive, when 83% of the volunteers noted improvements of the striae.
