This article offers primarily an analysis of the Influence of Islam in the negotiations with Muslim Arabs, as well as with non-Muslims, so that is posible to understand the role of religion in the Arab business community and to stimulate the deepening and study of the topic by the Brazilian negotiators. It is examined the literature - predominantly foreign - and Islamic teachings are studied in order to approach to the business profile of negotiators from the Middle East and North Africa, going against the usual guides "How to do business with Arabs", but being assertive using a justified context: religion.
