Neste contexto, é necessário que uma linha sob defeito seja restabelecida no menor tempo possível. Uma parte considerável do tempo para recomposição pode ser gasto ainda na etapa de localização do defeito. Para auxiliar a reduzir o tempo despendido nesta etapa, este trabalho propõe o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo para dispositivos móveis que utilizam a plataforma Android que converte uma informação de distância em um número operacional de referência de torre, além de concentrar a informação num dispositivo móvel para uso dos técnicos de manutenção de linhas de transmissão.Monografia Acesso aberto Estudo de viabilidade para implantação do sistema de monitoramento de energia em usina fotovoltaica(2018) Torres, André MendesIn this work, a feasibility study was carried out for the implementation of a photovoltaic electric power generation monitoring system, based on the 24.5kWp magnification of the evaluation module in the Environmental Park Encanto’s do Sul, in the city of Capivari de Baixo / SC. With the need to implement a system to monitor the quantity, quality and specific standards of the energy generated in the photovoltaic system, we sought to carry out this work proposal. For this, the research was done on the types of electricity measurement equipment used in the market, with the possibility of monitoring the energy yield of the photovoltaic plant in real time in the local or remote area. It was used in the study some equipment that the company already has in its warehouse, also suggesting of the use of new elements necessary for the operation of the system. It will be part of the work to choose the protocols of communication of the monitoring equipment, the reading and the treatment of the data generated, creation of a database that will feed it, being able to thus be able to compare what was produced of generation energy, with the tariff presented by the electric power concessionaire. The result is to show the web access of the running of the monitoring system of the power generation, through the configuration of a web interface, demonstrating the values of the electric variables in the format of simulated data graphs of the equipment of the photovoltaic generation.Monografia Acesso aberto Estudo de proteção elétrica de turbogeradores(2018) Neto, José Lino BlasiusThe present work was developed to show the study of electrical protection of turbogenerators. The interest in the development of the work arose due to the relevance and complexity of the proposed theme. Turbogenerators are synchronous generators developed for thermoelectric power plants and can be applied to steam or gas turbines. Synchronous generators are elements of great importance within a power system and their failure or unplanned shutdown can cause serious instability in the electrical system if there is no other source of generation available. Because they are subject to various types of defects and failures, they have an elaborate protection system composed of protection relays, auxiliary relays and accessories. The main purpose of this protection system is to maintain a high level of continuity of service and, in the event of intolerable conditions, to minimize the size and time of disturbances. Its secondary function is to indicate where the fault occurred and the type of fault, facilitating the diagnosis and reestablishment of the systems involved. In this work the main protections applicable to turbogenerators are discussed, the theoretical bases for their understanding and a case study as validation of the developed content.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise da viabilidade técnica e econômica de um projeto de cogeração qualificada na indústria(2018) Goulart, Matheus Prá da Silva; Ferreira, Vitor AntunesThe pursuit for efficiency within a process always aims quality and productivity. When the term efficiency is used within the energy context, the activity seeks to improve the use of energy sources, using the energy generated more rationally. A cogeneration process represents the synchronous production of thermal and electromechanical energy, from the same energy source. Aiming at energy efficiency, this work will analyze the possibility of implementing a cogeneration process in the company ART LAV Lavanderia Industrial Ltda., proposing a thermoelectric plant that will meet the company's energy demand. Considering that, this analysis of implementation is dependent on factors such as fuel surcharge, energy taxes and the technologies offered by the market joined with the technologies already existing in the company. Through a broad economic, technical and regulatory analysis, ensure the company's costs of implementation, operation and maintenance. Intending with this analysis, to adapt to an existing process, using the technologies currently available in the ART LAV company and in the technological market, analyzing the economic viability and respecting Brazilian regulatory standards. Analyse.Monografia Acesso embargado Projeto de um sistema de controle do processo de alimentação de água da caldeira da usina termelétrica Jorge Lacerda(2018) Cesconeto, Matheus Rosendo; Gonçalves, Paulo Rogério SouzaAtualmente, há uma grande preocupação das geradoras de energia elétrica em se manterem operacionalmente viáveis no mercado, e isto está diretamente ligado à eficiência energética que busca melhorar o uso destas fontes disponíveis. A modernização de máquinas e a automação de processos permite extrair o máximo de energia de forma racional para se obter um determinado resultado. Este trabalho apresenta as principais etapas de modernização do sistema de controle e de alimentação d’água da caldeira da Usina Jorge Lacerda A, da empresa Engie Brasil. Serão descritos os referenciais teóricos para a melhor compreensão do sistema onde as bombas estão inseridas, bem como a função e devidas especificações das mesmas. Os desgastes naturais das peças em funcionamento contínuo originam a necessidade de atualizações, cujos reparos preventivos não resolvem totalmente os problemas, implicando em perdas na produção e em questões econômicas. A modernização do sistema de controle da turbo-bomba envolverá etapas que dependem da identificação das lacunas de produção, bem como da disponibilidade da usina na realização de testes e do envolvimento dos técnicos que atuam na área. A estruturação de todas as etapas, a formatação e o roteiro de implementação do sistema de controle na Usina Jorge Lacerda serão descritos ao longo desta pesquisa. Todo esse roteiro será replicado à turbo bomba para a mesma finalidade: o controle automático do processo de alimentação de água na caldeira. However, there is a limitation in the options of remote heads in the Brazilian market and the existent ones have few functionalities and high cost. In cases where it is necessary to use a robot for heavy and large cameras, it is necessary to import the equipment, which due to the high value of the exchange, taxes and inflated market of cinematographic equipment in the international scope, end up being expensive for consumer Brazilian. In this context, this work presents a remote head prototype capable of controlling the pan & tilt movements of a broadcast camera in order to find a better trade-off between cost and access to technology and to overcome the existing gap in the Brazilian market.Estudo de Caso Acesso fechado Perdas de energia em transformadores de distribuição: análise técnica e econômica em função do carregamento(2018) Brida Neto, Rodolpho deIn this work, the purpose of this course was to measure the amount of electric energy lost through the transformation of the medium to the low voltage due to the inadequate design of the electric power distribution transformers. The loss of energy in distribution networks has received a great deal of attention from the electricity distribution companies, since they must be adequate to the standards so that the use of electric energy is performed in the best possible way, in order to diminish or guarantee that the losses do not increase over the years. The analysis of the inadequate sizing of the distribution transformers, through measurements, allows to obtain the real values of the lost energy. For the study in question, the data collected from an electric energy licensee, Coopermila, of the city of Lauro Muller-SC was used. Three-phase transformers with different powers of 30, 45 and 75 kVA were selected because they are the most commonly used transformers by Coopermila. To obtain the measurement data, specific meters and procedures standardized by ABNT were used in order to guarantee cohesion of the results. Once these equipments were analyzed, it was possible to identify the differences in values compared to the losses presented in the technical tests carried out on the transformers. This study will aid in the measurement of losses of distribution transformers, benefiting Coopermila and other companies in the industry, identifying transformers with high losses, as well as contributing to the academic development of UNISUL's electrical engineering course. The results obtained may serve as a basis for studies in other companies in the electricity distribution business, since the analyzes were carried out on transformers with characteristics similar to those employed by other distributors.Monografia Acesso aberto Projeto elétrico para substituição de transformadores convencionais por transformadores de alta frequência aplicados em precipitadores eletrostáticos(2018) Darós, Grégori FelisbertoThis work presents an electrical project to replace transformers aiming at improving the process of filtering the exhaust gases of a thermoelectric plant, thus making the Electrostatic Precipitator (PE) of Unit 5 of the UTLB more efficient. This project consists of removing the four conventional rectifier transformers, which operate at 60Hz, and replacing them, installing new transformers with the operating frequency of 5kHz - 20kHz. Throughout this work the advantages and characteristics of the high-frequency transformers in question will be discussed, development of the design of replacement of the auxiliary panels, design of the components that will undergo alteration and a broad explanation of the operation of the said PE. The paper also discusses the process and purpose of burning the fuel in a thermoelectric plant, since the arrival of the coal in the generation plant, the parts of the burning in the steam generator and the capture of the ash by the PE.Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Relatório de estágio obrigatório: modernização do regulador de tensão da unidade geradora 4 da usina hidrelétrica Itá(2018) Yamashita, Marcos ShigueoEste relatório apresenta as principais atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular obrigatório do curso de Engenharia Elétrica. As atividades foram realizadas no setor de Engenharia de Manutenção de Ativos de Geração (EMAG) situada em Capivari de Baixo-SC e na Usina Hidrelétrica Itá (UHE Itá) localizada em Aratiba-RS, ambos pertencentes à ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A. O estágio teve foco voltado à participação em três principais atividades principais da modernização dos reguladores de tensão da UHE Itá sendo elas: treinamento teórico do novo regulador de tensão, ensaios de descomissionamento do atual regulador de tensão e comissionamento do novo regulador de tensão. Os resultados observados foram relatados neste documento através de uma abordagem inicial focada na fundamentação teórica sobre reguladores de tensão e seus principais componentes, breve relato sobre a operação e manutenção do novo regulador de tensão com informações obtidas da participação no treinamento teórico, relato dos ensaios e resultados obtidos dos ensaios de descomissionamento e comissionamento do novo regulador de tensão instalado na Unidade Geradora 4 da UHE Itá.Monografia Acesso aberto Diagnóstico do estado da isolação dos enrolamentos estatóricos de geradores síncronos por meio da análise das descargas parciais(2018) Borges, Luiz Antônio CamposIn view of the relevance of synchronous generators, the Brazilian electric system for the generation of electric energy and consumption service that is growing in the country, provided by economic development, it becomes vital to use maintenance techniques that reduce the failures and increase the availability of the generation of these equipments, since most of the occurrences of failure registered in synchronous machines happens due to anomalies in the isolation of the stator windings. These anomalies can be detected in advance by monitoring the partial discharges that occur in the insulation system of the windings. This document presents the peculiarities related to the partial discharges with the objective of diagnosing the degradation in the isolation of the stator windings. In order to reach this goal, we first carried out an analysis of the existing literature, presenting basic concepts about synchronous generators and their constructive characteristics, highlighting the isolation of stator windings. Then, the relevant factors that lead to the formation of partial discharges, the monitoring techniques and measurement system of this phenomenon will be presented. We also analyzed the statistical and interpreted graphs of the partial discharges data and finally a case study applied in the one generating unit of the Jaguara hydroelectric plant. For this cost-benefit ratio is enhanced, it is also important to employ methodologies that optimize the commitment to achieve the useful life of the equipment of a photovoltaic system. Photovoltaic systems are considered low maintenance, but are not free from faults. The Sun, despite its temporal intermittence on the surface of our planet, is an excellent and reliable source of energy, however, photovoltaic systems must be designed and operated with care to capture the highest convertible potential. One of the vital equipment in this process are the electric inverters, whose main purpose is to convert direct current, supplied by the generator modules, into alternating current, to allow the connection to the electric grid. However, in addition to intrinsic faults, external factors related to the generation process can cause damage to the electric inverters, such as: harmonics in the power grid, damaged cables, loose mechanical parts in the support structures, overheated connections in the inverter or distribution and faults in the grounding system. This study aims to analyze events and identify possible causes that may cause failures in the operation of photovoltaic plant inverters, located in the city of Tubarão/SC, in order to reduce the rate of defects and the constraints associated with design specifications. The proposal is presented in detail, including laboratory data from a batch of electric inverters.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Projeto de um Amplificador de Potência Classe D Destinado a Guitarra Elétrica(2019) Camilo Alves, RafaelThe present work presents the design of a class D amplifier for electric guitars. The designed amplifier has an output power of approximately 200WRMS with a 4 Ohm load, low harmonic distortion of less than 1% and close to 90% energy efficiency. To achieve this result, a study was conducted to understand the operation of the class D amplifier and the operation of the components used in this amplifier. In the work are calculated the values of the components that are used in the amplifier. In the implementation part the amplifier will be assembled with high technology components available in the market, will also make use of the PWM modulation system making the circuit smaller using fewer components reducing its cost and providing excellent sound quality. Finally, tests and measurements were performed to verify its operation and to specify its characteristics.Monografia Acesso fechado Carregador de dispositivos móveis a partir de um módulo fotovoltaico controlado por mppt(2019) Junior, Guilherme Peters; Peruzzo, Ezequias SilveiraThe objective of this work is create a project that provides a financially viable utility for the use of photovoltaic systems not connected to the grid, and especially having only one photovoltaic module available. For this, will be developed a mobile device charger that uses photovoltaic power as source, and uses reused materials with the lower possible expenses. In the course of this work, will be presented the theory behind the photovoltaic systems with focus on the charge controller (MPPT). In addition, will be demonstrated the simulation made in the PSIM, the choose of the components for the setting of the DC-DC converters and the project. The study identified that it is possible to develop an effective charger, but due to the low inductance of the recycled inductors found, reasonable efficiency cannot be obtained.Monografia Acesso aberto Criação de placas didáticas para uso nas aulas de eletrônica de potência na Unisul: conversor BUCK e BOOST(2019) Semonetti, Fabricio; Humenhuk, YuriThis work consists of the preparation of didactic plates containing CC-CC converters designed for use in practical classes in the power electronics laboratory of the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL. In this project are presented the concepts and analyzes related to the main topologies of non-isolated CC-CC converters studied in the Power Electronics Discipline: Buck and Boost. The converters were designed to operate in compatible range of values so that equipment could be used available in the UNISUL power electronics laboratory, most of which are available in the university laboratory and are readily available commercially. With the concepts and analyzes defined, equations were calculated together with simulations to consolidate the equation results, later the plates were made, performance tests and validation studies were carried out with the purpose of better use in the practical classes of the Power Electronics Discipline. The tests and results obtained were presented at the end of the project.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise de viabilidade técnica e econômica da cogeração em indústrias da região da Amurel(2019) Bianco, Jonas Wanderlind; Schmidt, Gabriel MichelsEnergy consumption is growing and to meet this demand it is necessary to explore renewable sources for electricity generation, seeking sustainable development. Given that the Amurel region has a large timber production, allowing a high potential for energy production, the use of biomass plants would be an interesting option, but this type of generation has certain difficulties. Cogeneration systems become more attractive, because they generate electricity from the production process, taking advantage of an existing resource in the industry. This type of generation can fit into distributed generation, allowing it to be connected to the distributor's network as long as it meets specific norms and connection standards. This system also allows companies that consume electricity to have their own generation and reduce costs with this input. This paper presents the types of companies and their availability so that a cogeneration system can be implemented along with their process. Two cases are presented with different productive branches, where the technical feasibility for the system implantation will be analyzed, besides demonstrating if the cogeneration applied to the industry is economically viable. Both cases fall into distributed generation because they are a renewable energy source installed near the load, and in one company it was not possible to find a system that met the availability of the production process, while in the other, it was verified. the technical feasibility, enabling the elaboration of a cogeneration project for the industry and allowing the economic analysis of this system.Monografia Acesso aberto Desenvolvimento de bancada didática de eletrônica de potência baseada nos circuitos retificadores a diodo e tiristor(2019) Prange, Nathanael GünterCircuitos retificadores fazem parte do dia a dia das pessoas, presentes nos principais equipamentos do cotidiano. Por esse motivo, é muito importante o estudo desse tipo de circuito para o acadêmico em engenheira elétrica. Melhor que somente estudar esses circuitos, é ter uma ferramenta em mãos que possa mostrar seus comportamentos. Desta maneira, realizou-se o desenvolvimento de bancada didática de eletrônica de potência baseada nos circuitos retificadores a diodo e tiristor. Tendo o objetivo de utilizá-la como uma ferramenta para auxiliar as aulas de eletrônica de potência ministradas na Unisul, campus Tubarão, visto a necessidade do desenvolvimento de um material de apoio. Para a realização desse projeto foi feita uma pesquisa de caráter teórico, a fim de obter os dados necessários para o desenvolvimento da bancada. Com a escolha dos componentes, foram montados os circuitos retificadores a diodo, meia onda e onda completa, e o circuito retificador a tiristor, meia onda; além do desenvolvimento de um circuito de disparo, que controla o ângulo do tiristor. Os cálculos apresentados, juntamente com as simulações e testes práticos, basearam-se na forma em que a matéria é apresentada aos alunos no período de 2018/1. Resultados obtidos foram bons de acordo com o objetivo da bancada, pois os valores calculados, simulados e na prática, foram muito próximos. Mostrando, desta forma, o comportamento dos circuitos ao serem submetidos a diferentes tipos de cargas.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise dos índices de qualidade do serviço do sistema de distribuição de energia elétrica da Cooperativa de Eletricidade Grão-Pará - CERGAPA - período 2015/2018(2019) Rascke, Antonio Carlos Leandro; Pereira, Deyvid Da CoregioThe quality of service provided to consumers of electricity is directly linked to the effectiveness of the company and with that the satisfaction of consumers. The present study aims to identify the main causes that affect the quality of service at CERGAPA. For this, an analysis of the emergency occurrences with interruption in the electricity supply in the period 2015/2018 was carried out, by means of the evaluation of the collective continuity indicators: DEC (Equivalent Duration of Interruption per Consumer Unit), and FEC (Interrupted Equivalent Frequency per Consumer Unit). After analysis were identified the five main causes, which are the focus of the study, the main cause is recorded as "Unidentified". The identification of causes occurred through the Pareto diagram, this diagram is a quality tool and describes that 80% of the consequences are resulting from 20% of the causes. Field visits were carried out to identify possible causes of the faults for the main cause, which is responsible for 55.97% of the total occurrences. The locality that occurred the on-site visit is Aiurê, where the greatest recurrence was identified. At the end of the study, it was found that the contact or fall of trees in the network is the main cause for the cause registered as "Unidentified".Estudo de Caso Acesso embargado Estudo de uma micro central hidrelétrica com geração distribuída(2019) Corrêa, Luiz Fernando Nazário, Ariel Heerdt RosaThis paper presents a study of the technical and economic feasibility of using a waterfall for the purpose of electricity generation. To achieve the objectives, the work began with a field data survey and a bibliographic research on the subject involving environmental, topographic and hydrological issues. A brief history of the Brazilian electricity sector is presented, as well as a summary of the state of the art regarding both large and small hydroelectric power plants, and the contribution of this type of generation to the development of Brazil. It also presents a theoretical foundation on the process of construction of a micro hydroelectric power plant (MCH), which is the recommended plant model for the hydro use of the selected site. Tech-nical visits to similar projects served as a model for the development of this study. As a result an economically viable and physically applicable micro hydroelectric plant project was ob-tained.Monografia Acesso aberto Energia fotovoltaica: análise técnica e econômica do autoconsumo remoto para um consumidor da classe comercial de Santa Catarina(2019) Matos, Josiel Hoffmann deThe Photovoltaic energy represents 1.27% of the power installed in the Brazilian energy matrix: 2.1 GW (BIG, 2019). According to the decennial energy expansion plan 2026, the 2017-2026 it is expected an expansion to the solar-photovoltaic source of 7 GW (EPE, 2018). An increase of 472.97% in installed capacity. This paper discusses the technical and economic feasibility assessment of the use of a photovoltaic solar power generation system, in the mode of remote self-consumption, for a specific consumer of the commercial class. The remote self-consumption modality, created in 2012 by the The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL), allows the consumer to possess more than one consuming unit, within an area served by the same distributor, generate energy in one place, and consume this Energy in other consumer units of the same ownership. A case study was made, in which a system with capacity to meet the electricity consumption of six consumer units was designed. Being the units framed within group B, belonging to the commercial class, the tariffs applied are those approved by ANEEL, subgroup B3. Located in five different cities of Santa Catarina state, the consumer units are serviced by the same distributor: Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina (CELESC). The development of the project involved technical and economic aspects, as well as legal aspects, which relate to the distributed generation and the steps to connect the system to the power distribution network of the local concessionaire. When analyzing the sites, some difficulties have arisen with a useful roof area and shading. The project did not become unfeasible by the fact that another option arose during the development of the work. The return on investment for this project is 6.25 years (75 months). Reducing 70.39% of the amount paid in electricity bills by the company, an annual economy of R$ 55,590.60. The system will generate 90.04% of the energy consumed by the six stores for which it was designed.
