Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Gestão de pessoas: pesquisa de clima organizacional no tribunal de justiça de Santa Catarina(2020) Filho, Antonio Carlos Ribeiro GomesThe accomplishment of this work focused on an analysis of the organizational climate at the Santa Catarina Court of Justice, in order to know how the environment works within government organizations. With this, it was studied theoretically how the organizational climate can impact the work environment, and through relevant information during the research that was classified as exploratory and descriptive, having the classification of data collection by bibliographic type and field study, using data primary and secondary with analysis and interpretation of data in a qualitative and quantitative way. The climate survey was applied through a questionnaire for employees to answer related questions. With a total of 12 participants, the survey found important strengths and weaknesses, the main strength of which was the good relationship and adequate qualification to exercise my function within the organization and weaknesses such as lack of recognition in relation to the work performed, and lack of a good career path. The tool used to make it was 5W2H, which suggests some possible improvements in the government agency.Relatório de Estágio Acesso embargado Gestão Financeira da AMR Refrigeração: Diagnóstico Situacional(2020) Martins, Eloize SaleteChanges in the world scenario and competition between companies generate the need for micro- companies to organize themselves in order to remain competitive and financially healthy. The risk is greater when the enterprise is the entrepreneur's only source of income. The report below points out the observation made at the company AMR Refrigeração, located in Florianópolis, aiming to diagnose the organization's situation regarding its financial management. The general objective of this research was to investigate the company's financial management process and propose adjustments for improvement. The research was exploratory and descriptive, using primary and secondary sources, through a qualitative, documentary, bibliographic case study and participant observation. Regarding the results, amid the observations and examination of previous documents, it was found that the company does not have any management system, cash flow, working capital, pro-labore, inventory control, fixed expenses or variables. The mix of personal and business expenses was evidenced. After this investigation, actions were proposed for the AMR company, such as separating personal and business accounts, including credit cards; implementation of spreadsheets of various controls and computerized system as well as definition of financial planning for 2021 with projected results. It is believed that these suggestions will greatly help the company to remain solid in the market. The knowledge acquired in the administration course was essential for the execution of this work.Relatório de Estágio Acesso embargado Marketing digital: um estudo de caso na Pense Imóveis Floripa(2018) Floeter, Thomas GuarnieriThis report presents the activities developed in the real estate organization Pense Imóveis Floripa, as well as the learning and development of technical activities, relating the theoretical and practical content of the course with the practices in Business Administration, all with a special focus on digital marketing. It presents the concepts of digital marketing, its importance, as well as its most commonly used tools. With the use of digital marketing, companies are entering a new world of technology, information and knowledge. Such a tool is essential in strategic management and allows companies in general and in particular real estate, to outperform competitors who do not use it. The main goal of this work was to propose an action plan for the organization with the focus on digital marketing. A SWOT matrix was formulated based on interviews where strong and weak points were identified, as well as opportunities and threats. Suggestions were proposed focusing on solving the weak points and threats, as well as improving the digital marketing. The conclusions point to the need for a strong digital marketing plan within a larger strategic plan for the organization.Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Modelagem de processos: um estudo na empresa Marina Mega Jet(2019) Martins, Lucas MüllerO objetivo geral deste relatório de estágio foi modelar o processo de checklist de entrada de embarcações e de novos clientes, na empresa Marina Mega Jet, utilizando a metodologia BPMN. Teoricamente, foram abordados os assuntos: administração; abordagem sistêmica da administração; administração por processos; modelagem de processos; e fluxogramas. Metodologicamente, a classificação da pesquisa é aplicada, qualitativa, descritiva e estudo de caso. Para coleta de dados, foram usadas pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e observação participante. Como resultados, pode-se desenvolver as definições estratégicas da empresa, que são: a) Missão: oferecer um atendimento de excelência na prestação dos serviços de garagem náutica, oficina náutica e revenda de jet ski; b) Visão: se tornar referência no Brasil na prestação de serviços náuticos, com o constante melhoramento nos serviços oferecidos; e c) Valores: pautamos nossas ações no cuidado especial ao trato com nossos clientes, de maneira honesta e simpática. Sempre estando a disposição para os nossos clientes. As ações de decisões sempre pautam o futuro da organização em relação ao cliente e sua satisfação com o serviço prestado. Na análise ambiental, por meio da Matriz SWOT, chegou-se aos pontos fracos da empresa: muito nova e sem muita estrutura em comparação aos concorrentes; pontos fortes: atendimento de referência na região; oportunidades: devido à sua fama, o proprietário tem a oportunidade de fazer grandes eventos náuticos para trazer mais clientes; e ameaças concorrentes com anos de experiência e terreno alugado. Analisando-se o processo de Checklist de Entrada de Novas Embarcações observou-se a falta de uma revisão do documento após o término do seu preenchimento. Desta forma, foi feita a seguinte proposta: criar um novo subprocesso que é realizar uma revisão do Checklist, para ser possível encontrar erros de preenchimento, falta de preenchimento de alguns itens e verificar se o documento foi devidamente assinado pelo cliente e é proposto também, a realização de um manual para a empresa, para que todos os processos possam ser amarrados e devidamente apresentados para seus funcionários.Relatório de Estágio Acesso embargado Plano de marketing da Rita de Cássia Quirino Ramos ME(2019) Rosa, Lucas Quirino PolliO presente estudo consiste no desenvolvimento de um Planejamento de Marketing para a empresa Rita de Cássia Quirino Ramos ME, com sede em Laguna/SC atuante no ramo de roupa e acessórios. Para que a empresa consiga desenvolver as oportunidades e prevenir-se das ameaças do ambiente externo, como também, potencializar suas forças e administrar suas fraquezas, o planejamento estratégico torna-se uma ferramenta indispensável. Nesse sentido e sendo a melhor ferramenta para administrar essas situações, o objeto geral foi criar um plano de marketing para a empresa Rita de Cássia Quirino Ramos ME. It will show how to apply Canvas business modeling, in an easy and objective way, in addition to using other tools, such as the SWOT matrix and the 5W2H tool. The theoretical foundation was on the topics: Administration, Entrepreneurship, Business Plan, Canvas and Marketing. In addition, the author sought additional and important information in current academic works and reliable sources on the central subject, which is the food truck segment, to succeed in the interpretations and having the property to debate the subject in question. Finally, a survey of the future enterprise was presented, with specific data from the internal and external areas, afterwards, it will present the objectives and the strategic positioning, besides bringing in the final considerations, an analysis of the objectives and a recommendation for future work, thus having, a great perspective of how the enterprise will behave in front of the market.Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Plano de negócio: viabilidade de implantação da rede social "academic pitch"(2020) Schmitz, Hudson ContiThe main objective of this report is to analyze the feasibility of implementing the Academic Pitch social network. It is an application and a social network that aim to solve doubts about technical terms of all areas of higher education, such as, for example, what it means “downsizing” in the administration area. The social network works in a "pitch" format, where teachers will record short videos, from 1 to 3 minutes, to explain a term and students can evaluate the video by recommending or negating / refuting. After a video is published, it can be viewed anywhere, regardless of the student's age or place of origin. In addition, the social network aims to publicize the work of teachers, helping them to publicize their websites, books and publicize their potential in teaching to hire other educational institutions. The work is exploratory, bibliographic and uses secondary data, in addition to a questionnaire applied to the target audience. In this business plan, the macro and micro environment will be analyzed, using the SWOT and 5W2H tools. By analyzing the results of the questionnaire, it was possible to identify the interest of students and teachers in the use of this social network and to establish the feasibility of implementation.
