Artigo Científico Acesso aberto A acessibilidade aos serviços da rede de atenção psicossocial voltada à pessoa usuária de álcool e outras drogas, no município de Palhoça(2019) Rachadel, Paulo RicardoThe following study analyzed the accessibility to the Social Services of the Palhoça Psychosocial Care Network, verifying the characteristics of access of the psychoactive substances users population in its difficulties, facilities and forms of continuity in the health treatment offered by the Mental Health Network. It is a study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, developed with observation methods and application of a structured questionnaire with the selected sample of people, from which the results were later analyzed, translated into numbers and described in the reported experiences. Finally, it was observed that there is a good evaluation by the users about the services provided by the psychosocial care network. However, there is still a limited view of the subjects about the criteria of quality of access to their rights in public health services. Furthermore, It was assessed the existence of difficulties present in the accessibility of the network, both in geographical and socio-organizational aspects, which directly imply the efficiency of public health actions.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto As atribuições e competências do assistente social no combate a LGBTfobia: as atividades desenvolvidas pela ADEH - Associação Em Defesa dos Direitos Humanos com Enfoque na Sexualidade(2020) Silvestrin, Janine ScarinciThe purpose of this article is to provide reflections on the attributions and competencies of Social Work in the fight against LGBTphobia, articulating with the work process of the social worker with the LGBT population at ADEH - Association for the Defense of Human Rights with a Focus on Sexuality, and at other socio-occupational spaces that involve the daily life of the profession. For this, the deductive and qualitative method was used, providing for a normative and bibliographic review of the Social Worker's Code of Ethics, the Social Service Course Curriculum Guidelines, the 1988 Federal Constitution and other research on the same theme. We tried to address some relevant concepts before entering the theme, to facilitate the reader's understanding, as well as the theoretical-methodological, ethical-political and technical-operative competences of Social Work. A survey of some data on violence against the LGBT population and policies that observe gender relations was also carried out. With this, the need to think about training is highlighted, consolidating the theme in a way more intrinsic to professional performance, observing the Code of Ethics and the changes in the treatment of social issues.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Atuação profissional do serviço social no contexto das famílias atendidas pelo CAPS AD do município de Palhoça/SC(2020) SOARES, Amanda dal PivaThis article seeks to understand social work with the family demands of drug addicts, based on the experience of a curricular internship in social work carried out with CAPS AD in the city of Palhoça/SC. It is structured, in terms of objectives, from an exploratory, bibliographic and documentary research method, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Reflects on the representation of chemical dependency, the rights policies to be consolidated in this segment, with emphasis on the family care process and its demands, portrays the CAPS AD in the process of treating the addict and presents the creation of an e-book prepared together with PET-Saúde in the municipality of Palhoça/SC. In this process of treatment for drug addicts, social work is inserted as a mediating agent capable of recognizing family dynamics and demands to consolidate different strategies so that the family (re) integration process is motivated considering their different needs for that.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Atuação profissional do serviço social no trabalho intersetorial em tempos de prevenção a riscos e desastres(2020) Rosário, João Pedro Lino doThis article originates from the curricular internship experience in Social Work, seeking to find out what are the main contributions of the social worker acting in an intersectoral way to the Civil Defense and Protection Policy in times of risk and disaster prevention. As for the objective, it is characterized as exploratory research, as for the data collection procedure it is a bibliographic research, and according to the approach criterion it is classified as qualitative research. The main objective of the study is to identify the main professional actions of social workers in prevention practices, through CRAS, in order to expand the possibilities of action with the community, families and users. The article addresses basic considerations about the National Social Assistance Policy, the Unified Social Assistance System / SUAS and the National Civil Protection and Defense Policy within the scope of Risk and Disaster Prevention actions, the role of Social Work in the context of demands intersectoral and multidisciplinary with the Civil Defense of Santa Catarina, and the importance of professional contribution to the strengthening of actions in times of risk and disaster prevention.Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Autores de Violência Doméstica e Familiar: Um estudo a partir da reflexão do trabalho do/a Assistente Social junto aos serviços de responsabilização(2020) Jandaíra dos Santos FreitasThis article discusses the social construction/reproduction of domestic and family violence practiced against women, which has been culturally strengthened by patriarchy and machismo in the dynamics of the socially assigned roles of what it is to be a man and a woman in capitalist society. Therefore, the object of study was the work of the Social Worker in the education and rehabilitation centers for the aggressors, questioning whether the education and rehabilitation centers of the perpetrators of violence and the performance of social work contribute to the reduction of indices of family and domestic violence against women? The objectives were centered on presenting the education and rehabilitation centers to the aggressors and the performance of social work and its relationship with a possible decrease in the rates of family and domestic violence practiced against women, the specific ones - to reflect on the social aspects of violence of gender, to analyze the ethical attitude of the Social Worker, within the parameters of performance and Law Maria da Penha No. 11.340/2006 and show the potential of education and rehabilitation of the author of domestic and family violence. We use the deductive approach as a method, through bibliographic, documentary research and legislation related to the theme. The experience is based on the concepts of Social Service, presenting the socio-occupational space, interprofessional relations, the social issue and the practices linked to the parameters of care in Social Service. The objective seeks to present the experience of internship in Social Service in the period from march 2018 to june 2019, in the Clinical School of Physiotherapy, Aesthetics and Cosmetology of UNISUL, through the Observatory of Public Policies, presenting the ocupational space of the professional in Social Service. The socio-occupational space is highlighted, to understand it as a contributory part of knowledge and professional practice and the professional relationships thinking of them as one of the main challenges and opportunity for growth of the Clinical School in the context of access to social policies. Considerando o papel do Setor de Serviço Social dentro da Secretaria Executiva de Saneamento – SAMAE do município de Palhoça/SC, em gerenciar o benefício da Tarifa Social da Água, o presente artigo tem por finalidade discorrer acerca das contribuições do setor e refletir acerca da importância de um atendimento de qualidade por parte dos colaboradores e servidores aos usuários que procuram a instituição. This study aims to address the issue of sexual violence against children and adolescents, in order to put it on the agenda and contemplate this expression of the social issue, defending the rights of children and adolescents and proposing to confront sexual violence against the public. It was prepared through bibliographic and documentary research, with emphasis, among the documents, for the 2019 report of the Ouvidoria Nacional de Direitos Humanos (ONDH) - Disque 100. A study involving the themes: rights of children and adolescents, the context of childhood and adolescence, the articulation of the Social Assistance Organic Law with the rights of children and adolescents, and the context of sexual violence against children and adolescents in 2019. Dito isto, apresentaremos aqui a relação histórica da instituição que se tornou objeto de estudo desta pesquisa frente a política de proteção à criança e ao adolescente, o Educandário Santa Catarina. O Educandário Santa Catarina é uma instituição não governamental, localizada no município de São José – SC, que atende crianças e adolescentes em período integral, desenvolvendo atividades de Educação Infantil e Contraturno escolar. Para traçar este histórico realizou-se um estudo de caso a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, acerca de nosso objeto de pesquisa “O Educandário Santa Catarina”, que em suas décadas iniciais foi uma instituição de acolhimento compulsório para crianças e adolescentes e que, na atualidade, transformou-se em um estabelecimento educacional, prestando serviços educacionais e de assistência social à crianças, adolescentes e suas famílias, pautados na legislação vigente. Justifica-se a escolha do tema pela relevante atuação do assistente social na educação para prevenção de riscos e desastres tanto quanto na resposta e recuperação. Com esta reflexão buscou-se compreender as contribuições do assistente social no campo de atuação da educação para prevenção de riscos e desastres e as interlocuções do serviço social na gestão de riscos e desastres. Para tanto, a pesquisa pautou-se na Lei de Diretrizes de Bases da Educação e na política Nacional de Proteção e Defesa Civil bem como em outros autores. The choice of the theme is justified by its importance for the consolidation of an education of opportunities, in the reduction of inequality and instability, and also, in the redesign of the promotion of rights. The aim of the work is to provide an understanding of entrepreneurship as a developing tool, viable for solving problems related to education. Exploratory and bibliographic in nature through theoretical-practical articulation, carried out as an experience of the curricular internship in social work, lived with the Nexxera Institute. O contexto escolar, na educação básica, que passa a conceber a inserção do profissional de Serviço Social e de Psicologia com a Lei nº 13.935 de 2019. A partir de então a perspectiva de efetiva contribuição do/a assistente social para a qualidade da educação, integrando o trabalho interdisciplinar no ambiente escolar. Esse estudo abarcou uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com o tema a importância do Serviço Social na rede pública de educação básica, partindo de fontes teóricas sobre o tema e documentos do Conselho Federal de Serviço Social – CFESS, que nas últimas décadas vem produzindo ampla produção de materiais e debates focalizando o tema o Serviço Social na Educação. Diante das atribuições do/a Assistente Social inseridos na educação apresentados pela Lei 13.935 de 2019, compreendemos que a atuação do/a assistente social objetiva fortalecer o enfrentamento às demandas no campo educacional, facilitar o acesso aos direitos sociais através de programas, projetos e ações relacionadas à intervenção profissional do/a assistente social. Os estudos apontam que a importância do Serviço Social na educação básica está relacionada com a qualidade dos serviços aos estudantes, com o fortalecimento da relação da escola com as famílias e a comunidade, assim como a criação de estratégias para enfrentar os impasses e conflitos escolares, realizar assessoria técnica à gestão escolar e contribuir para a formação continuada de profissionais da rede de educação básica.Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Famílias usuárias do Programa Campeões da Vida – Instituto Guga Kuerten – núcleo São José e seus desafios na reinserção no Programa Bolsa Família(2020) Mendes, Maria Luiza da SilvaThe present study originates from the learning developed throughout the training in social work, considering the experience of curricular internship developed together with the Campeões da Vida Program – São José Nucleus of the Guga Kuerten Institute by observing the user families in the search for reintegration into the list of beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program. The goal of this study was to characterize the reality of these families by understanding the main challenges encountered by them that are in situation of vulnerability, in the search for the guarantee of their right to integrate the framework of beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program, which keeps them directly in a situation of social vulnerability. The study was developed with exploratory characteristics, bibliographic and documentary study based on the records and reports existing in the institution, being quantitative-qualitative in nature with survey through interviews. It was noticed that even with the existence of public policies for income redistribution, such as the Bolsa Família Program, it is necessary on the part of the State to invest and strengthen further in the process of dissemination of human rights and the process of motivation of users in their search. The interviews looked at the need to review the current methods of registration of the families in a situation of economic and social vulnerability with CRAS in the Sertão do Maruim neighborhood, it was perceived the need for viability on the part of the State campaigns that guarantee the full access of the entire population to their rights.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto A história da participação popular e o controle social no Brasil: uma experiência de estágio em serviço social no setor público e não governamental(2019) Martins, Eduarda Bernardo: The following article is a brief summary of the sociopolitical history of Brazil as to compreehend the Popular Participation and Social Control in the country. The objective of this study is to reflect on the relevance of intersectorality in the System for Guaranteeing the Rights of Children and Adolescents through NISA, considering the contributions of Social Work in this process. Como metodologia, partiu-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com a experiência de estágio curricular em Serviço Social no AMAR 1. Diante disso, verifica-se o trajeto que as políticas de direitos infantoadolescente, que perpassaram ao longo do tempo até sua construção como sujeitos de absoluta prioridade. Diante dos direitos, o destaque para a convivência familiar e comunitária, que ao se fragilizar ou diante de ruptura, cabe o acolhimento institucional de crianças e de adolescentes, cujos vínculos familiares devem ser reconstituídos ou o caminho da família substituta.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto O perfil dos idosos acompanhados pelo programa Unimed Lar Grande Florianópolis e as contribuições do serviço social no atendimento dos pacientes e suas famílias(2019) Silva, Aryane Costa Soares Amaral da SilvaThe present research was carried out in order to outline the profile of the elderly affected by Alzheimer's Disease accompanied by the Unimed Lar Grande Florianópolis Program and the possible contributions of Social Work to the changing reality experienced by families. The methodology used during the development of the research was a quantitative approach, elaborated through a descriptive study, making use of documentary research to search the necessary data for the research, associated with this, a bibliographic survey on the theme was performed. Simultaneously to the documentary study, the observation practice was applied, deepened during the curricular internship. After the research it was possible to reach the result proposed by the objective, thus identifying the profile of the elderly followed by the Unimed Lar Grande Florianópolis Program. Given the data collected and analyzed it was observed that the social service professional in the context of the program contributes to family reflective practice and thus helping users in changing the social reality in which they are inserted. Finally, it is important to emphasize that this research may contribute to the action of the social worker and the multidisciplinary team of the Program in monitoring the elderly and their families.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Perfil socioeconômico dos estudantes beneficiários da bolsa assistencial Unisul(2019) Siqueira, Ligia Wherli dos Santos; Madruga, Niva LuizaO presente artigo expõe os resultados obtidos diante de estudo realizado no Setor de Atendimento Social – SAS, da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, e teve como objetivo identificar o perfil socioeconômico dos estudantes beneficiários da bolsa assistencial Unisul, estabelecendo uma relação entre o direito à educação e o trabalho realizado pelo Serviço Social no ensino superior. Do ponto de vista dos procedimentos metodológicos, utilizou-se de pesquisa documental e método descritivo, sendo que a fonte de documentação para análise foram os processos da referida bolsa no semestre 2018/2 e a amostra compreendeu o universo de 151 alunos. Este trabalho traz, também, um breve resgate sócio-histórico da Unisul como Universidade comunitária e do Setor de Atendimento Social no campus Grande Florianópolis, visando a contribuir para ações interventivas com esse público e efetivação de direitos. Quanto aos resultados, verificou-se que há predominância do sexo feminino, cor branca, idade entre 20 e 24 anos, oriundos da região Sul do país com renda per capita variável de até 1 ½ salário mínimo. Tal realidade demonstra que a bolsa tem atingido o público alvo pretendido e contribuído para o acesso ao ensino superior e equidade social.
