Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Padrão protocolar suficiente e necessário para qualificar o processo de acolhimento com classificação de risco nas unidades de pronto atendimento-upas vinculadas à secretaria municipal de saúde de florianópolis(2020) Souza, Quidioni ValdirIntroduction: User embracement and risk classification are essential actions in the care of urgencies and emergencies. Objective: to mean to a sufficient and necessary protocol standard to qualify the reception process with risk classification in the Emergency Care Units - PSUs installed in Florianópolis. Method: Exploratory, descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The target audience consisted of the professional nurses who made up the welcoming and risk classification teams of the UPAs. Study subjects were 13 Nurses, 4 from UPA Norte, 4 from UPA Sul and 5 from UPA Continent. Data collection took place through a self-administered structured questionnaire, composed of closed questions and simple non-participant observation. The data analysis process used the statistical technique Descriptive Analysis. Result: The results pointed to a standardized conformation of a single reception protocol with sufficient and necessary risk classification to be practiced by the linked UPAs, since they practice different protocols, subject to gaps and conflicts, especially in the North and South UPAs. emphasis is given to the contributions offered by the Protocol practiced at UPA Continent. Conclusion: This study brought points to be rethought when care / assistance in urgencies and emergencies, based on the way these users \ patients are approached, welcomed and classified in relation to risk. Despite recognizing the differences in reception, the performance of professional work must always take place in the light of science and efficient, effective, effective and humanized care, with the minimum of gaps and conflicts.
