The woman who was the victim feels ashamed, blames herself, is afraid of losing her children or even of being attacked again. She believes that the aggressor will change and tries to protect him. Sometimes, the aggressor accompanies her at all times with the health professionals, not giving her the opportunity to expose the fact. In addition to these factors, there are also points concerning to the behavior of the professional, who for lack of knowledge and misconceptions, ends up not being attentive to signs of violence against the woman. Objective: It’s to understand the conduct of health professionals in primary care for domestic violence against women. Method: It is a qualitative, descriptive exploratory research, carried out through a semi-structured interview with health professionals working at UBS Rio Grande, supported by Leininger's cross-cultural theory. Results: The analysis of the results showed that health professionals, especially community agents, are extremely important in the recognition of violence. Concerning to the care given by the professionals to the victimized woman, the mentioned aspects were the reception, orientation, direction and empathy. It was noticed that relationship and therapeutic communication are present in all stages of the process and was observed that the professionals provide diversified care based on empiricism, due to the lack of qualification, however, even in the face of this reality, they believe they can take care of patients in case of domestic violence. Final Considerations: Thus, it is considered fundamental to carry out actions based on norms of the Ministry of Health with the ACS, because it is the professional category with the most proximity to the community, contributing to prevention, promotion and assistance in the integral care of women.Monografia Acesso aberto Incidência de infecção primária da corrente sanguínea relacionada a cateter venoso central e os cuidados de enfermagem na unidade de terapia intensiva do hospital regional Dr. Homero de Miranda Gomes(2017) Ferreira, Jéssica MeurerIntroduction: The Primary Bloodstream Infection (BSI) has been a huge problem in public health and it is been usually associated to health assistance. (2009), the prevalence of congenital heart disease is approximately 8 per 1,000 live births. Early diagnosis and specific treatment make the survival rate of congenital heart disease in children higher. Congenital heart defects can be defined as any anomaly that affects the structure of the heart at birth. (RIVERA et al, 2007). Objective: to know the role of nurses in the care of children with hospitalized congenital heart disease. Wanda Horta, the theoretician related to basic human needs, was used as theoretical reference. Method: the present research was characterized as an exploratory descriptive with a qualitative approach, using a semi-structured interview script, which sought to describe the experience of the nursing professionals in performing the systematization of care for this patient. Data were collected through interviews composed of open and semi-structured questions, totaling 07 nurses from the Joana de Gusmão Children's Hospital, located in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina state. Conclusion: The child diagnosed with congenital heart disease is a very serious and unstable patient and the care provided by the nurse becomes of great importance, having as main focus the perception of the child's changes and wishes. Final considerations: the vast experience of nurses in pediatric care does not exclude the need to seek a specialization in cardiology. Another perception of this research is that the nurse's look and praxis in front of children hospitalized with congenital heart disease needs to be improved daily, in a systematized way. Therefore, it is recommended that care be done in a systematized manner and not just based on stories and experiences.Monografia Acesso embargado A equipe de enfermagem frente à assistência humanizada na unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal(2017) Garcia, FernandaIntroduction: The Neonatal Intensive Therapy Unit (NICU) is a place destined to receiving healthcare, urgency technics and emergency, as well to treatment of RN pathologies.
