Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Tratamento restaurador de lesão cervical não cariosa: uma revisão integrativa dos últimos 10 anos(2020) Barossi, LetíciaNon-carious Cervical Lesions (NCCL) are teeth cervical alteration and present multifatorial ethiology, has as origin mechanical action and enamel and dentin degradation. Thus, the main treatment to NCCL is remove causal factor with restorative treatment. AIM: Realize a integrative revision of literature from the last 10 years evaluating which is the best restorative treatment to NCCL, comparing different material and technic. Material and Methods: Search was conducted using the following database: PubMed and Google Scholar. The expressions used to search was: “non carious cervical lesion OR tooth abrasion OR tooth abfraction OR tooth erosion AND dental restoration permanent” and its correspondent in portuguese. After analysis, papers used on this revision were judged individually by inclusion and exclusion criteria, totalizing 6 papers. RESULTS: Five papers were randomized clinical trials and one parallel randomized. Aging varies from 18 to 73 years. Different types of material an technics were used, a total of 585 patients and 2418 restoration were analyzed. Concerning materials, 46 restorations were done with bulk-fill, 200 with flow composite resin (CR), 1171 with conventional composite resin, 806 with glass ionomer (GI) or resin modified glass ionomer (RMGI) and 195 with CR+GI/RMGI. About technique, 2388 restored by direct technique and 30 by semi-direct technique. CONCLUSION: The restoration with GI/RMGI base exhibit best retention rates comparing with only CR, on short period (1 to 3 years) as well as long period (5 years). Therefore, CR (convencional or flow) exhibit good clinical parameters on almost all analyzed criteria, but is good to say that all materials showed positive results, being indicated to treat NCCLs.
