Estudo de Caso Acesso aberto Adaptações do sistema elétrico em baixa tensão para o modelo de construção civil modular na empresa Brasil ao Cubo(2020) Preve, Henrique NunesIn a civil construction, electrical installations become one of the most important steps for the execution of a work. In the modular civil construction model, the electrical system has paramount importance, because they are industrialized and transported directly to the site, thus having necessary adaptations from design to execution, in view of the location of the work and custom tactics for production. Seeking to analyze the execution method used by the modular construction company Brasil ao Cubo, the present work was a case study, where the necessary adaptations of the electric system in low voltage for the modular civil construction model were shown, based on current standards and books of electrical installations, for a theoretical analysis and the practices selected in the production processes in the company. It is intended to obtain knowledge of the standards used in the electrical installations of the modules, aiming agility and safety in the execution. Through the method of technical and economic feasibility analysis, validate the effectiveness of the custom method of passage and wiring via harnesses in the modular construction Zaitt, ensuring the importance of the approach and improvement of the procedure, as well as suggesting improvements. With the growth in the demand for installation of solar panels, check the forms of assembly and execution within the factory park, thus performing economic feasibility analysis through the budget for the contracting of a solar power system for the modular construction Escola Dinâmica.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise da viabilidade técnica e econômica de um projeto de cogeração qualificada na indústria(2018) Goulart, Matheus Prá da Silva; Ferreira, Vitor AntunesThe pursuit for efficiency within a process always aims quality and productivity. When the term efficiency is used within the energy context, the activity seeks to improve the use of energy sources, using the energy generated more rationally. A cogeneration process represents the synchronous production of thermal and electromechanical energy, from the same energy source. Aiming at energy efficiency, this work will analyze the possibility of implementing a cogeneration process in the company ART LAV Lavanderia Industrial Ltda., proposing a thermoelectric plant that will meet the company's energy demand. Considering that, this analysis of implementation is dependent on factors such as fuel surcharge, energy taxes and the technologies offered by the market joined with the technologies already existing in the company. Through a broad economic, technical and regulatory analysis, ensure the company's costs of implementation, operation and maintenance. Intending with this analysis, to adapt to an existing process, using the technologies currently available in the ART LAV company and in the technological market, analyzing the economic viability and respecting Brazilian regulatory standards.
