Choosing the right software for data management, lack of data accuracy, poor communication, integration, tabulation, interpretation, and data analysis demonstrate how much a system impacts the organization, making it essential for creating managerial reports that provide the Strategic Planning of an effective and efficient company against the economy, whatever the branch in which it’s introduced. The damage caused by these problems and the lack of knowledge of the internal and external difficulties that the officials and experts go through only can’t impede the growth of the company but can also cause losses, such as increasing the chances of entering major economic crises and internal policies. In the present survey, it was observed the need to carry out a study to identify the greatest difficulties in the Strategic Planning sector, whatever the business sector. To diagnose improvement points, programs that best meet the needs and types of implementation, integration, training and hiring of employees, can prevent this loss of data and increase final earnings. From this workwork it was possible to identify possible flaws in the processes of analysis, reporting and decision making, due to misinterpretation and manipulation of data, as well as the lack of training and implementation of the systems with the users.
