Ganhos de produtividade com a adoção das práticas da Indústria 4.0

In this work the potential gains of Industry 4.0, its tools that constitute systems of interconnection of machines of a productive chain to a network (IoT), allowing the remote control of production. Generating an immense amount of data (BIG DATA), which needs to be managed and interpreted to enable the best visualization and planning production processes. By bibliographic research, the results of companies that have their production processes in accordance with Industry 4.0 are observed. With increasingly automated processes, the aim is to optimize production and reduce costs, as well as increase effectiveness, reducing manufacturing time. One of the great benefits of Industry 4.0 is the increase of the productive capacity, reduction of defects, given the high degree of automation, and the flexibility of the production line, allowing it to be produced with great variability in small quantities with the same profits of mass production. More to this is necessary to know more deeply the productivity gains and where they occur.
