Resumo
O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como tema o estudo dos principais impactos da crise financeira internacional de 2008, na economia de Chipre. O trabalho, que tem como título: "Crise Financeira Internacional de 2008: um estudo sobre os principais impactos na economia do Chipre" mostra-se relevante para o estudo das relações internacionais, visto que aborda o comportamento da economia de um país que é membro da União Europeia, também sofreu consequências graves diante da crise financeira internacional, porém, é pouco conhecido. Assim, o objetivo geral é entender como a crise financeira internacional de 2008 afetou a economia do Chipre e os objetivos específicos são: Apresentar a economia de Chipre; descrever sobre o Sistema Financeiro do Chipre e por fim identificar os principais efeitos da crise financeira internacional de 2008 sobre a economia do Chipre. O presente estudo é classificado como uma pesquisa básica, qualitativa, exploratória, bibliográfica e documental. A fundamentação teórica aborda os temas de Capitalismo, As Crises do Capitalismo, dando ênfase à Crise Financeira Internacional de 2008 e a Crise do Euro; para que seja possível o total entendimento sobre o trabalho. O desenvolvimento aborda o comportamento da economia do Chipre no período da Crise de 2008; discorre sobre o histórico do Chipre, expondo principalmente a questão territorial, destacando os pontos essenciais a respeito do envolvimento de Chipre com o comércio Internacional; descreve a economia do país abordando os principais parceiros e como a economia
The present work has as its theme the study of the major impacts of the international financial crisis of 2008 in the Cyprus' economy. The work, which is entitled: "International Financial Crisis of 2008: a study of the major impacts on the Cyprus' economy", is relevant to the study of international relations, since itdiscusses the economy's behavior of a country that is a member of the European Union, also suffered serious consequences on the international financial crisis, however, is little known. Thus, the general objective is to understand how the global financial crisis of 2008 has affected the Cyprus' economy and the specific objectives are: to present the Cyprus' economy; describe about the Financial System of Cyprus and identify the major effects of the international financial crisis of 2008 on the Cyprus economy. The present study is classified as a basic research, qualitative, exploratory, bibliographical and documentary. The theoretical Foundation broaches the themes of Capitalism, Crises of capitalism, emphasizing the international financial crisis of 2008 and the Euro crisis; so it can be possible for to undertand the whole work. The development approaches the conduction of Cyprus' economy during the crisis of 2008; discourses the Cyprus' history, exhibiting mainly territorial issue, highlighting the major points regarding the involvement of Cyprus with international trade; Describes the economy of the country addressing the main partners and how the economy of Cyprus behaved since the year of its independence; Describes the financial system of Cyprus, explaining its operation. Describes the effects of the crisis of Cyprus in the country, economy and population, and finally, describing the major impacts of the crisis in Cyprus and showing the main factor that made the country vulnerable to the crisis
