Resumo
Os Direitos Humanos das Mulheres foram conquistados após muita luta reivindicatória e uma evolução histórica dos Direitos Humanos. Com a ratificação de Tratados e Convenções Internacionais, como a Convenção para a Eliminação de Todas as Formas de Discriminação Contra a Mulher, por distintos Estados é um incentivo a mudanças e, ao mesmo tempo, estabelece uma responsabilidade internacional dos Estados à situação das mulheres. A partir destas Convenções, cada Estado encontra a melhor maneira para instituir leis internas para a garantia da proteção e direitos das mulheres. O multiculturalismo faz com que cada Estado, resultante de contextos históricos diferentes, de religiões diferentes, assim como culturas e costumes diferentes, reflitam no relacionamento da sociedade com o tratamento à mulher de maneiras díspares. No caso de países com uma sociedade patriarcal, as mulheres devem ser submissas ao pai ou ao parceiro quando casam, aprovando, muitas vezes, a agressão contra a mulher. O sistema legislativo brasileiro, por sua vez, buscou meios de proteger as mulheres, como por exemplo, a criação da Lei Maria da Penha, prevendo medidas especiais no tratamento de violência doméstica
The Women's Rights were won after much struggle vindicatory and historical evolution of Human Rights. With the ratification of International Treaties and Conventions such as the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, by different States is an incentive to change and at the same time, establishes an international responsibility of States to women. From these Conventions, each State is the best way to introduce domestic laws to ensure the protection and rights of women. Multiculturalism makes each State, resulting in different historical contexts, of different religions, and different cultures and customs, reflect on the relationship between society and the treatment of the woman disparate ways. In the case of countries with a patriarchal society, women should be submissive to the father or partner when they marry, often approving aggression against women. The Brazilian legislative system, in turn, sought ways to protect women, such as the creation of the "Maria da Penha" Law, with special measures in the treatment of domestic violence
