Resumo
A presente pesquisa busca fazer um estudo da Crise na Ucrânia, iniciada no final de 2013, sob as diversas abordagens teóricas da Teoria Realista das Relações Internacionais, além de avaliar a legalidade da anexação da Crimeia sob o Direito Internacional e sua relação com o realismo. Dentre os principais autores utilizados na fundamentação teórica das abordagens realistas no capítulo 2, subcapítulo 2.1, estão Tucídides, Hans Morgenthau, Keneth Waltz e Gideon Rose. Para a fundamentação dos conceitos de soberania e autodeterminação no subcapítulo 2.2, foram utilizados trechos da Carta das Nações Unidas e também, principalmente, os autores Gregory S. Brown, Leo Gross, Eric Hobsbawm e Frederic L. Kirgis. Já para a fundamentação histórica no subcapítulo 2.3 os principais autores consultados foram Paulo Fagundes Visentini e Analúcia Danilevicz. Já para a fundamentação sobre os alargamentos da Organização do Tratado do Atlântico Norte e da União Europeia no subcapítulo 2.4, destacam-se John J. Mearsheimer e James Kurth. Por fim, para a Crise na Ucrânia em si, no subcapítulo 2.5, também se destacam Mearsheimer, Elsa Buchanan e Nick Thompson. No capítulo 3, a anexação da Crimeia é avaliada sob o Direito Internacional e relacionada com o realismo. This research aims to study the Ukraine Crisis initiated at the beginning of 2013, under the various theoretical approaches of the Realist Theory of International Relations, furthermore it aims to evaluate the annexation of Crimea under the International Law and it's relation to realism. Among the main authors of the theoretical fundaments of the realists approaches of chapter 2, subchapter 2.1, are Thucydides, Hans Morgenthau, Keneth Waltz and Gideon Rose. For the theoretical fundaments of the concepts of sovereignty and self-determination in subchapter 2.2, parts of the United Nations Charter were used and also, mainly, the authors Gregory S. Brown, Leo Gross, Eric Hobsbawm and Frederic L. Kirgis. For the historical fundaments in subchapter 2.3 the main authors consulted were Paulo Fagundes Vicentini and Analúcia Danilevicz. About the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and European Union enlargements in subchapter 2.4, stands out John J. Mersheimer and James Kurth. Finally for the Ukraine Crisis in subchapter 2.5, also stands out Mersheimer, Elsa Buchanan and Nick Thompson.
