Resumo
Em tempos que o estreitamento das fronteiras acontece cada vez mais rápido trazendo muitas conseqüências positivas para a vida das pessoas, ocorrem paralelamente, práticas inaceitáveis. O tráfico internacional de mulheres é uma delas, e existem muitos motivos para que essa prática se concretize. Por reconhecer a importância da análise dessas práticas, o presente trabalho busca apresentar uma pesquisa acerca do seguinte tema, iniciando pela abordagem dos direitos fundamentais, que muitas vezes são restritos, ou seja, não existem para algumas mulheres que decidem por aceitar a prática do tráfico internacional, também será a abordada à importância da existência e efetividades dos direitos fundamentais. Posteriormente, abordam-se os direitos fundamentais das mulheres, fatores muitas vezes impulsionadores para que as mesmas se disponham a participar desse tipo de prática. Ao abordar o tráfico internacional de mulheres, analisa-se junto a ele os motivos que levam as mulheres a migrar, o perfil dessas mulheres, vítimas dessa prática ilegal e também o perfil dos aliciadores. Ao se submeterem ao tráfico, as mulheres passam a viver uma realidade divergente das promessas feitas pelos traficantes, passam a levar uma vida de subordinação e violência, muitas vezes pior do que a realidade vivida em seu país de origem, despertando o desejo de retornar quando essa possibilidade já não é possível. Para evitar que essas práticas prosperem, finaliza-se o trabalho com a análise da efetividade das políticas públicas de combate, especialmente da Polícia Federal em associação com a INTERPOL e as Embaixadas dos países receptores, que seja realizado um trabalho de cooperação e combate capaz de prevenir e erradicar a propagação dessas práticas, além de investigar as situações de tráfico já existentes para um efetivo resgate das mulheres brasileiras que já se encontram em situação de tráfico internacional de mulheres
In times of tightening the borders is increasingly the case quickly bringing many positive consequences for the lives of individuals, occur simultaneously, unacceptable practices. The international trafficking of women is one of them, and there are many reasons for this practice to occur. Recognizing the importance of analyzing these practices, this study aims to present a research on the following theme, starting with the fundamental rights approach, which often are restricted, there are some women who decide to accept the practice of trafficking international, will also be addressed to the importance of the existence and effectiveness of fundamental rights. Subsequently, to address the fundamental rights of women, factors often drivers so that they are willing to participate in this kind of practice. Addressing the international trafficking of women, we analyze with him the reasons that lead women to migrate, the profile of these women, victims of this illegal practice and also the profile of traffickers. By submitting to trafficking, women start to live a divergent reality of the promises made by traffickers, they lead a life of subordination and violence, often worse than the reality lived in their home country, arousing the desire to return when this possibility is no longer possible. To prevent such practices to flourish, the work ends up with the analysis of the effectiveness of public policies to fight, especially the Federal Police in conjunction with Interpol and the embassies of receiving countries, which is a cooperative work done and able to fight prevent and eradicate the spread of such practices, and investigate the trafficking situations existing for a effective rescue of Brazilian women who are already in a state of international trafficking in women
