A intervenção fisioterapêutica no fortalecimento muscular de MMII para um melhor resultado terapêutico em crianças com paralisia cerebral (PC): revisão narrativa.

Resumo
Objetivo: O objetivo do presente estudo é propor mediante apresentação de práticas baseadas em evidências – PBE a eficácia do fortalecimento muscular na melhora da marcha em crianças com Paralisia Cerebral (PC).
Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa que incluiu 8 estudos das bases de dados Pubmed, cochrane, Lilacs e Pedro, utilizando os descritores: ¨cerebral palsy¨, “resistance training”, ¨general surgery¨, ¨pharmaceutical preparations¨. LILACS, Cochrane, PEDro no período de janeiro de 2016 a 2021. Na seguinte combinação: (cerebral palsy) AND (strength training) OR (resistance training), sendo que, nas bases LILACS e Cochrane foram adicionadas as combinações: NOT (pharmaceutical preparations) NOT (general surgery).
Para serem incluídos os estudos tinham que investigar fatores relacionados a crianças diagnosticadas com PC, fortalecimento muscular e comprometimento de marcha.
Resultados: 8 artigos envolvendo pacientes com PC, lidos na integra tiveram fortalecimento muscular e a caminhada em seus resultados nas pesquisas. Os estudos selecionados evidenciaram média e baixa positividade ao utilizar o fortalecimento muscular isoladamente.
Conclusão: Evidência reforçam positivamente sobre fortalecimento muscular no tratamento de pacientes com PC. Dessa forma, o fortalecimento muscular tem grande importância no tratamento da PC, porém, a técnica isolada não obteve diferença entre os estudos, o resultado positivo está associado a combinações de técnicas.

Results: 8 articles involving CP patients, read in the integration have muscle strengthening and walking in their research results. The selected studies showed medium and low positivity when using muscle strengthening alone. Conclusion: Evidence positively reinforces muscle strengthening in the treatment of patients with CP. Thus, muscle strengthening is of great importance in the treatment of CP, however, the technique provided did not show any difference between the studies, the positive result is associated with the base of techniques.
