Resumo
Este trabalho de conclusão de curso propõe uma dissertação sobre o genocídio e a limpeza étnica sofrida pelo grupo minoritário muçulmano Rohingyas em Mianmar e apresenta um olhar crítico sobre o papel do Estado, das organizações internacionais e instituições humanitárias no confronto. Será apresentado uma análise sobre o passado histórico, o conflito étnico e a crise política e social ocorrendo em Mianmar desde a guerra civil em 1948 à sua realidade até o atual presente. Por fim, busca-se entender a crise militar e o papel dos atores políticos e instituições internacionais na luta contra a perseguição.
This thesis work proposes a dissertation on the genocide and ethnic cleansing suffered by the Rohingya Muslim minority group in Myanmar and presents a critical look at the role of the State, international organizations and humanitarian institutions in the confrontation. An analysis of the historical past, the ethnic conflict and the political and social crisis that occurs in Myanmar from the civil war in 1948 to its reality until modern days. Finally, it seeks to understand the military crisis and the role of political actors and international institutions in the fight against persecution.
