Resumo
A presente pesquisa visou entender como a doença de Alzheimer (DA) pode afetar a estrutura
psicológica de cuidadores informais. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa foi identificar as
contingências que caracterizam a relação paciente e cuidador informal, elencando os fatores
motivadores (reforçadores) e as condicionalidades de controle aversivo presentes nessa
dinâmica, portanto aferindo as sobrecargas físicas, emocionais e perfil psicológico, tendo
também objetivos mais específicos como identificar os aspectos clínicos mais relevantes sobre
o desenvolvimento da doença de Alzheimer. Foi realizado um estudo através do modelo de
entrevista qualitativa roteirizada feita virtualmente, foram realizadas 04 entrevistas com
indivíduos que viveram/vivem com portadores da DA. Para a coleta de dados deste estudo,
foram necessários instrumentos como um termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido, um
questionário sociodemográfico e um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado. Os voluntários
entraram em contato através de um número de WhatsApp anteriormente divulgado em diversas
redes sociais, junto a uma carta convite, e em seguida, foram realizadas entrevistas por meio da
plataforma Zoom. Após a transição, os relatos foram analisados com base na Análise de
Conteúdo de Bardin. Por fim, os resultados obtidos se dividem em três categorias de conteúdo:
1) Aspectos motivadores para redução do desgaste psicológico dos cuidadores, 2) Aspectos
coercitivos que podem aumentar o estresse do cuidador e 3) Aspectos relacionados ao curso de
evolução da DA que podem influenciar no desgaste psicológico do cuidador.
The present research aimed to understand how Alzheimer's disease (AD) can affect the psychological structure of informal caregivers. The main objective of this research was to identify the contingencies that characterize the patient and informal caregiver relationship, listing the motivating factors (reinforcers) and the conditionalities of aversive control present in this dynamic, therefore measuring the physical, emotional and psychological burdens, also having more objectives. specific aspects such as identifying the most relevant clinical aspects about the development of Alzheimer's disease. A study was carried out through the model of scripted qualitative interview done virtually, 04 interviews were carried out with individuals 4 who lived/live with AD carriers. For data collection in this study, instruments such as an informed consent form, a sociodemographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview script were needed. The volunteers got in touch through a WhatsApp number previously published on various social networks, along with an invitation letter, and then interviews were carried out through the Zoom platform. After the transition, the reports were analyzed based on Bardin's Content Analysis. Finally, the results obtained are divided into three categories of content: 1) Motivating aspects to reduce caregivers' psychological distress, 2) Coercive aspects that can increase caregiver stress and 3) Aspects related to the course of AD evolution that can influence the caregiver's psychological distress
