Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common cause of disability affecting the central nervous system. PediaSuit is a physiotherapeutic method consisting of a therapeutic jumpsuit as a dynamic garment that aims to establish body alignment through a proprioceptive orthosis called “Suit”. Objectives: to analyze the effects of the pediasuit on motor development in children with cerebral palsy. Methodology: this is a bibliographic review, with articles published between 2013 and 2022 in English and Portuguese, which are available free of charge in full. Results: After filtering based on the established criteria, 6 full articles were selected and the main results were presented: improvement in gross motor function, balance and muscle tone. Conclusion: It was possible to observe that the pediasuit method has significant effects on improving motor skills, coordination, muscle strength and proprioception, stimulating better motor development for children diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
