dc.description.abstract	The present study analyzes the effectiveness of the resocialization institutes provided by the Law of Criminal Execution when it’s applied to the female convicts of the Women's Penitentiary in the city of Tubarao, verifying its impact on the recidivism of the female convicts. As for the level, it was applied the exploratory research type, since the research sought a greater familiarity with the subject, based on the data obtained. As for the method, it was used the deductive method because at the end of the research there was a specific conclusion. The quantitative-qualitative approach was used and the data collection procedure was done by surveys, collecting the data that was later analyzed by questionnaire and also the data collected directly from the Women's Penitentiary in the city of Tubarao. The results of this study demonstrated that all the resocialization institutes provided by the Law of Criminal Execution are effectively applied in the Women's Penitentiary in the city of Tubarao, however, they need to be expanded since they do not cover all the female convicts. The conclusion, done by observing the results of the questionnaires as well as the information obtained from the Penitentiary, was that even though the resocialization institutes are applied in there, the resocialization is given by a set of many factors, which are: the will to resocialize; the opportunism of the aforementioned institutes; and the society’s involvement as a part of this process once the social prejudice is one of the main reasons that lead the female convicts to recidivism.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho monográfico objetiva analisar se os institutos ressocializadores previstos na Lei de Execução Penal são efetivamente aplicados às reeducandas do Presídio Feminino de Tubarão. Foi empregado, quanto ao nível, pesquisa exploratória, pois buscou maior familiaridade com o tema, a partir dos dados obtidos. Quanto ao método, utilizou-se o dedutivo, pois ao final houve uma conclusão específica. A abordagem utilizada foi a quanti-qualitativa, e o procedimento de coleta de dados foi o levantamento, coletando-se os dados analisados por questionário e também diretamente com o presídio. Os resultados deste trabalho demonstraram que todos os institutos ressocializadores previstos na Lei de Execução Penal são efetivamente aplicados no Presídio Feminino de Tubarão, entretanto, precisam ser ampliados, pois não abrangem todas as reeducandas. Concluiu-se, observando os resultados do questionário, bem como as informações obtidas com o Presídio, que ainda que sejam efetivos os institutos ressocializadores ali aplicados, a ressocialização se dá por um conjunto de fatores, que são: a vontade de se ressocializar; a oportunização dos já citados institutos; e a participação da sociedade, pois o preconceito social ainda é um dos principais motivos que levam à reincidência.	pt_BR
