usuários do aplicativo móvel do Last.fm em relação à interface atual do aplicativo, bem
mercado.
This academic work has the premise of redesigning the mobile application of the Last.fm website, with the aim of assigning concepts and methodologies of interface design and user experience in a scientific research, which will serve as a starting point for carrying out a non-functional prototype of the application, in order to seek alternatives and innovations to optimize its usability, in a way that meets the principles of digital design, facilitates its navigation, its interaction and that meets the user's needs. The project aims to understand the behavior of users of the Last.fm mobile application in relation to the application's current interface, as well as understanding the current context in the digital environment, seeking to work together with those surveyed through participant research, to obtain a first-hand view of the reality experienced by these users, their pain, suggestions, etc. With a human-centered approach, it seeks to drive the development and evolution of design practice, both academic and industrial, as it uses appropriate scientific methodologies and promotes the debate on the need for mobile interfaces to keep abreast of constant changes in the marketplace.
