Tendência temporal da incidência de tuberculose no estado de Santa Catarina no período de 2001 a 2015

| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to analyze the temporal trend of Tuberculosis (TB) incidence in the State of Santa Catarina from 2001 to 2015. Ecological study of time series of TB incidence trends, selected from the Aging Information System Notification (SINAN) of the Ministry of Health in the resident population in the State, by sex, age group and macro-regions. Simple linear regression was performed. Approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Southern University of Santa Catarina. Stable trend in TB rates in the state. There is a strong correlation with significance in males, with an increase of 0.465/100.000 in the rate per year. The male age groups from 0 to 19 and 20 to 29 years presented an increase in rates per year of 0.159/100.000 and 0.606/100.000 respectively. The male age range from 40 to 49 years old presented a reduction of the rates of 1.292/100.000, as well as the female rate of 20 to 29 years, of 0.802/100.000. In the Mid-Western regions (β = -0.381, p= 0.05), the Itajaí River Mouth (β = -2,158, p= <0.001) and the North Plateau (β = -0.621, p=0.006) (β= 0.968, p= 0.009) and South (β = 0.631, p= 0.001). The incidence rates of TB in Santa Catarina are stationary. Growing trend in males, in the age groups up to 29 years and decreasing in males between 40 and 49 years and females 20 to 29 years. Macroregions in the coastal belt are growing. The macroregions located in the Center West of the state downward trend. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | O estudo teve como objetivo analisar a tendência temporal da incidência de Tuberculose (TB) no Estado de Santa Catarina no período de 2001 a 2015. Estudo ecológico de séries temporais da tendência de incidência de TB, selecionados a partir do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN) do Ministério da Saúde na população residente no Estado, segundo sexo, faixa etária e macrorregiões. Realizada regressão linear simples. Aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina. Tendência estável nas taxas de TB no Estado. Ocorre forte correlação com significância no sexo masculino, com um incremento de 0,465/100.000 na taxa ao ano. As faixas etárias masculinas de 0 a 19 e 20 a 29 anos apresentaram incremento nas taxas ao ano de 0,159/100.000 e 0,606/100.000 respectivamente. A faixa etária masculina de 40 a 49 anos apresentou redução das taxas de 1,292/100.000, assim como a feminina de 20 a 29 anos, de 0,802/100.000. Tendência decrescente nas macrorregiões Meio Oeste (β= -0,381; p= 0,05), Foz do Rio Itajaí (β= -2,158; p= <0,001) e Planalto Norte (β= -0,621; p= 0,006) e incremento na Grande Florianópolis (β= 0,968; p= 0,009) e Sul (β= 0,631; p= 0,001). As taxas da incidência de TB em Santa Catarina estão estacionárias. Tendência crescente no sexo masculino, nas faixas etárias até 29 anos e decrescente no sexo masculino entre 40 e 49 anos e feminino de 20 a 29 anos. As macrorregiões situadas na faixa litorânea apresentam tendência crescente. As macrorregiões localizadas no Centro Oeste do Estado tendência decrescente. | pt_BR |
