dc.description.abstractThis research had as general objective to know the limiting factors of the aeronautical infrastructure and to know if it is determinant, in fact, in the development of the regional aviation in Brazil. It is basically characterized as exploratory and descriptive in order to relate data and variables through a bibliographical and documentary procedure with data obtained and analyzed on-line through information described in official documents such as ROTAER, CBA, articles and monographs related to the topic, government sites (SAC), regional aviation plan studies, as well as newspaper and magazine reports, containing a qualitative and quantitative approach. At the end of the research, it is concluded that although the regional aviation plan covers the construction and improvement of several airports today most of these do not have the minimum infrastructure available for immediate use, presenting a barrier to the development of this modal at the national level and regional levels.en
dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral conhecer os fatores limitantes da infraestrutura aeronáutica e saber se ela é determinante, de fato, no desenvolvimento da aviação regional no Brasil. Caracteriza-se basicamente como exploratória e descritiva de forma a relacionar dados e variáveis através de procedimento bibliográfico e documental com dados obtidos e analisados de forma on-line através de informação descrita em documentos oficiais como ROTAER, CBA, artigos e monografias relacionados ao tema, sites do governo (SAC), estudos do plano de aviação regional, bem como reportagens de jornais e revistas, contendo abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa. Ao final da pesquisa, conclui-se que apesar de o plano da aviação regional abranger a construção e melhoria de diversos aeroportos hoje a maioria destes não possui a infraestrutura mínima disponível para sua utilização imediata, apresentando uma barreira para o desenvolvimento deste modal em âmbito nacional e regional.pt_BR
