dc.description.abstract	This paper shows a short analysis of socioaffective filiation on the base of the principle of affection and the fundamental rights and the new rights with the focus on the contemporary pluriparental family, recently outlined by the Brazilian right. The institution of socioaffective filiation is being desenvolved by the doutrine and jurisprudence, just as other aspects in the family law that are, using as a foundation the principle constitutional of affection due to the basic principle of dignity of the human person. Besides the demonstration of the basic idea of the right of affection, this article treats the development of filiation in the long run, using as a base the evolution of the concept of family, nuclear cell of our society. Lastly, analyzes this by broaching the new role of affection in the contemporary juridical scenery, showing the importance of this affection in the forming of the personality of the human being, holder of the most personal right acquired in history's run.	en
dc.description.abstract	Este trabalho apresenta uma breve análise da relação entre a filiação socioafetiva, com base no princípio da afetividade, e os direitos fundamentais e novos direitos, com enfoque na família contemporânea pluriparental, recentemente delineada pelo direito brasileiro. O instituto da filiação socioafetiva, assim como outros aspectos do direito de família, vem sendo desenvolvido pela doutrina e jurisprudência, utilizando-se como alicerce o princípio constitucional da afetividade, decorrente do princípio matriz da dignidade da pessoa humana. Além da demonstração da ideia basilar do direito ao afeto, o artigo trata do desenvolvimento da filiação ao longo do tempo, utilizando por base a evolução do conceito de família, célula nuclear da nossa sociedade. Por fim, finaliza abordando o novo papel da afetividade no cenário jurídico contemporâneo, demonstrando-se a importância deste afeto na formação da personalidade do ser humano, titular dos direitos personalíssimos adquiridos ao longo da história.	pt_BR
