empregado no mercado construtivo do Brasil.
The set that forms a constructive method is composed of several elements. A system is functional when it presents productivity, quality and durability. Since a single constructive method is used in a large part of the execution, it develops an incentive to search and facilitate new technologies viable, therefore the interest of bringing a new constructive system that covers quality, productivity, durability and even expands to more effective methods of execution, both in speed and cost, was the incentive for the development of this work. In this way, the main objective of this research is to compare the conventional masonry method, with the wood frame, analyzing the costs of all natures, verifying aspects such as insulation, thermoacoustic comfort, constructive method. Starting from a comparison of the two methods in a high standard house, the analyzes indicate that the wood frame is economically viable, superior in production speed and more sustainable compared to the usual method used in the construction market in Brazil.
