Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um estudo de caso referente à execução das fundações profundas, especificamente as estacas do empreendimento Hemingway, localizado na cidade de Canoas – RS, apresentando o tipo de fundação definido para a edificação, verificando o estudo do solo local que determinou a escolha do tipo de fundação, estudando os motivos que levaram a troca do tipo de estaca escolhida no projeto, analisando os impactos da alteração de projeto no cronograma da obra e analisando também os custos envolvidos no processo ocorrido. A partir de todas as informações neste estudo contidas, foi feita uma reflexão sobre como seria o cenário se tivéssemos tido desde o primeiro momento as características reais do solo.
The present work aims to carry out a case study regarding the execution of deep foundations, specifically studied as stakes of the enterprise, located in the city of Canoas - RS, presenting the type of foundation for the building, verifying or defined the local soil that determined the choice of the type of foundation, studying the reasons that led to the change of the type of work chosen in the project, analyzing the impacts of the project work and also analyzing the costs involved in the process that took place. From all the information contained in this study, a reflection was made on what the scenario would be like if we had taken it from the first moment as real characteristics of the soil.
