dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research project is to describe the impact of the evolution of the cockpit and automation on human factors. Its nature is of bibliographic character, and qualitative conclusion, made through survey of information collected in books, magazines and internet. In this research project, I will approach from the beginning of aviation, with the first aircraft, to new technologies developed by the manufacturers themselves, such as the Falcon Eye. It is also described how this evolution took place over the years, and the thinking of what the ideal cockpit would look like according to its era. We can also observe that such research becomes interesting, given the knowledge of where we came from and where we are going. Concluding the research, we can conclude that the evolution of the cockpit is a natural factor, with the advance of new technologies, and that this advance will always be present to assist the pilot in all possible situations, requiring only a greater degree of understanding of how it is the operation of a completely technological cockpit, and always being present to reduce the workload, however, on the other hand, increasing the level of management by the pilot, but always focusing on safety and a greater understanding of everything that is happening at the time around you.	en
dc.description.abstract	O objetivo desse trabalho é verificar o impacto da evolução do cockpit e da automação nos fatores humanos. Sua natureza é de caráter bibliográfico, e conclusão qualitativa, feito por meio de levantamento de informações coletadas em livros, revistas e internet. Neste trabalho, o tema é abordado desde o início da aviação, com as primeiras aeronaves, até novas tecnologias desenvolvidas pelas próprias fabricantes, como por exemplo, o Falcon Eye. Também é descrito como se deu essa evolução ao longo dos anos, e o pensamento de como seria o cockpit ideal de acordo com sua era. Podemos observar que tal pesquisa é justificada pelo conhecimento de onde viemos, e para onde vamos. Finalizando o trabalho, podemos concluir que a evolução do cockpit é um fator natural, com o avanço de novas tecnologias, e que esse avanço estará sempre presente para auxiliar o piloto em todas as situações possíveis, exigindo apenas um maior grau de entendimento de como é o funcionamento de um cockpit completamente tecnológico, e sempre estando presente para diminuir a carga de trabalho, porém, por outro lado, aumentando o nível de gerenciamento por parte do piloto, mas sempre focando em segurança e um maior entendimento de tudo que está acontecendo ao seu redor.	pt_BR
