This monograph aims to address bullying with an emphasis on its actions towards students with special needs, bringing discussions that help to understand the types of violence experienced by children and adolescents, so that they do not go unnoticed by those responsible, such as: parents, close colleagues and the school community. The work also presents important key points to enrich and learn a little about the inclusive education history, which still has a long journey to reach the real inclusion concept. It is noted that culture is a crucial factor for understanding the issues presented, mainly because they are issues that are rooted in the subjects, leading them to create patterns and decide what fits or does not. The discussions held during the work were engaged to support the extraordinary film theme, which is related to all the topics exposed here
