DA PREVENÇÃO AO DIAGÓSTICO: HIV/AIDS o impacto aos cuidados de enfermagem ao grupo de vulnerabilidade LGBTQIAP+

Resumo
O processo histórico do HIV sobressai desde o desenvolvimento dos estudos
científicos, em que o vírus da imunodeficiência humana foi promissor de uma
pandemia que ainda na atualidade persistem como problema de saúde pública
mundial, além disso surgem os estigmas e tabus sobre o HIV, impondo implicações
na sociedade e na vida dos portadores soropositivos. Objetivo: avaliar e compreender
conhecimentos, atitudes e práticas dos profissionais de enfermagem diante das
inovações de prevenção e tratamento como a profilaxia pré-exposição ao HIV e da
estratégia de prevenção combinada do HIV e diante da perspectiva da equidade e
sigilo profissional, além de zero discriminação nos serviços de saúde. Método: estudo
quali-quantitativo de caráter exploratório foram escolhidas bases de dados nacionais
e internacionais. Resultados: Foram escolhidos 25 artigos para o desenvolvimento dos
resultados. Sendo perceptível que a qualidade de vida da população LGBTQIAP+
ainda é vista como um complexo de estigmas e preconceitos que tangenciam o público
ao acesso a saúde, sendo perceptível que o enfermeiro deve apropriar-se do processo
de enfermagem e agir de forma eficaz diante da saúde sexual de cada indivíduo,
propondo um monitoramento desde a prevenção ao diagnóstico precoce e uma boa
adesão ao tratamento. Conclusão: O papel do enfermeiro é uma ferramenta
facilitadora que irá conduzir sua equipe na execução humanizada e ofertando uma
escuta ativa, promovendo ações de educações em saúde, assim, propondo a redução
de casos e de agravos do HIV/AIDS.

Objective: to evaluate and understand knowledge, attitudes and practices of nursing professionals in the face of prevention and treatment innovations such as pre-exposure prophylaxis to HIV and the combined HIV prevention strategy and in the light of the perspective of equity and professional secrecy, in addition to zero discrimination in health services. Method: a qualitative-quantitative exploratory study was chosen from national and international databases. Results: 25 articles were chosen for the development of results. It is noticeable that the quality of life of the LGBTQIAP+ population is still seen as a complex of stigmas and prejudices that affect the public's access to health, and it is noticeable that the nurse must take ownership of the nursing process and act effectively in the face of health of each individual, proposing monitoring from prevention to early diagnosis and good adherence to treatment. Conclusion: The role of nurses is a facilitating tool that will lead their team in humanized execution and offering an active listening, promoting health education actions, thus proposing the reduction of cases and diseases of HIV/AIDS.
