dc.description.abstract	This monographic work aims to analyze the scope of material parliamentary immunity in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Federal Court and delimit its parameters and grounds used in decisions. To this end, the present monograph adopted the following research methods: as for the level, the research is exploratory; as for the data collection procedure, the research used the bibliographic and documentary method, considering that the data collection took place through the analysis of the judgments handed down by the Supreme Federal Court, with the support of the doctrine; and, finally, as for the qualitative approach. At the end of the study, it is clear that the decisions analyzed, the Ministers of the Supreme Federal Court corroborate with the understanding of the majority doctrine, regarding the limit of application of parliamentary immunity of a material nature. By simply reading the decisions, we can see the reflexes of the decisions, regarding the fulfillment of the legal duty of the Supreme Federal Court to apply what the Federal Constitution provides, in particular, using and applying in each case demonstrated in the judgments, brilliantly, material parliamentary immunity. It is possible to conclude, in this way, that the Ministers of the Supreme Federal Court investigate, in detail, the whole plot of each specific case, in order to judge correctly the provisions of Article 53 of the Magna Cart. Finally, although there are several discussions on the issue of parliamentary immunity, in any case, as verified in the decisions studied in this work, each case must be analyzed, for reasons of place, time and type of words and votes, so that a position is taken as to whether or not such acts include the protection of parliamentary immunity of a material nature.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho monográfico tem como objetivo analisar o alcance da imunidade parlamentar material na jurisprudência do Supremo Tribunal Federal e delimitar seus parâmetros e fundamentações utilizadas nas decisões. Para esse fim, adotou-se os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: quanto ao nível, a pesquisa é exploratória; quanto ao procedimento de coleta de dados na pesquisa, empregou-se o método bibliográfico e documental, tendo em vista que a coleta de dados se deu por meio de análise dos acórdãos proferidos pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal, com apoio da doutrina; e, por fim, quanto à abordagem, qualitativa. Ao concluir o estudo, percebe-se, que das decisões analisadas, os Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal corroboram com o entendimento da doutrina majoritária quanto o limite de aplicação da imunidade parlamentar de cunho material. Pela simples leitura das decisões, percebe-se seus reflexos quanto ao cumprimento do dever legal do Supremo Tribunal Federal em aplicar o que dispõe a Constituição Federal, em especial, utilizando e aplicando em cada caso demonstrado nos acórdãos, de forma brilhante, a imunidade parlamentar material. É possível concluir, deste modo, que os Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal investigam, de forma pormenorizada, todo o enredo de cada caso concreto, para assim julgar de forma acertada o disposto no artigo 53 da Magna Carta. Por fim, embora haja diversas discussões sobre a questão da imunidade parlamentar, de todo modo, conforme se verificou nas decisões estudadas neste trabalho, cada caso deve ser analisado, por questões de local, momento e tipo de palavras e votos proferidos, para então ter-se um posicionamento se tais atos abarcam ou não a proteção da imunidade parlamentar de cunho material.	pt_BR
