Desta forma,

The methodological procedures were: survey of bibliographic studies of articles and books published on the Pubmed and Google academic website, between the years 2018 and 2022. The objective of the research is to seek ways and knowledge of how diet therapy nutrition has a direct contribution in the treatment of the disorder of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Thus, in this study, it was possible to expose, through data collection, that food with low nutritional value interferes negatively with the symptoms of ADHD, in this it is necessary to have an adequate, individualized diet with the options of ketogenic, Mediterranean and Feingold diets, and supplementation of vitamin and minerals, in order to cooperate in the treatment of ADHD.
