Resumo
O presente trabalho objetiva apresentar, por meio de revisão bibliográfica e análise
pós ocupação, o estudo do aprimoramento do projeto de conforto ambiental da
Rodoferroviária de Curitiba. O principal objetivo é verificar se a edificação, construída
em 1972, ainda atende às necessidades de conforto lumínico, acústico, físico e
térmico de seus usuários e funcionários. O conforto lumínico tem como objetivo
principal verificar a qualidade, iluminação e presença de reflexos e sombras nos
ambientes. Com o estudo do conforto acústico, é possivel analisar a presença de
ruídos exacerbados ou reverberações indesejadas. As questões de ergonomia e
acessibilidade são agrupadas no chamado conforto físico dos espaços. Além dessas
questões também são avaliadas as questões térmicas dos espaços. O conjunto
dessas condições são agrupados no chamado Conforto Ambiental. Para realização
da análise do conforto ambiental do espaço, foram realizados questionários com o
público alvo, medições com instrumentos especializados no local e leitura dos projetos
arquitetônicos existentes. A edificação foi dividida em quatro setores para realização
dos diagnósticos e propostas. De todos os confortos analisados, o que teve maior
insatisfação do público foi o conforto lumínico, que também apresentou algumas
deficiências nos valores medidos in-loco. Apesar disso, o conforto que apresentou
maior deficiência nos valores da amostragem de medição foi o térmico, que teve
apenas uma temperatura medida dentro da faixa determinada por norma. O conforto
acústico também apresentou valores inadequados, enquanto o conforto físico dividiu
a opinião do público entrevistado em relação à satisfação, apesar de ter sido verificado
no local uma considerável quantidade de placas e soluções de acessibilidade.
The present work aims to present, through bibliographical review and post-occupation analysis, the study of the improvement of the environmental comfort project of Station de Curitiba. The main objective is to verify if the building, built in 1972, still meets the needs of light, acoustic, physical and thermal comfort of its users and employees. The luminic comfort aims to verify the quality, lighting and presence of reflections and shadows in the environments. The acoustic, in turn, analyzes the presence of exacerbated noise or unwanted reverberations. The so-called physical comfort has ergonomics as its main pillar, as well as the correct accessibility of the facilities. Thermal comfort, as the name suggests, is related to the adequate temperature of the place, as well as the presence of winds and thermal efficiency. The architectural projects of the place were analyzed, together with a survey of the public and measurements made with specialized equipment, to analyze the quality of the global comfort of Station. Comfort architectural projects prioritize the use of natural resources to be fully efficient in construction. With this in mind, the present work presents solutions and strategies of architecture and engineering for the improvement of comfort as a whole in several works. The bus Station was divided into 4 sectors and diagnosed in all the aspects presented above. Of all the comforts analyzed, the one that had the greatest public dissatisfaction was the luminic comfort, which also had some deficiencies in the values measured in loco. Despite this, the comfort that presented the greatest deficiency in the values of the measurement sampling was the thermal, which had only one temperature measured within the range determined by the norm. The acoustic comfort also presented inadequate values, while the physical comfort divided the opinion of the interviewed public in relation to satisfaction, despite a considerable number of signs and accessibility solutions having been verified at the site.
