dc.description.abstract	In view of the vast changes faced by the Brazilian family scenario due to the modernization of society, this monographic work contrasts the donor's right to anonymity in heterologous assisted reproduction, guaranteed by Federal Medical Council Resolution CFM nº 2.121/2015, Right to knowledge of genetic origin, intrinsic to the constitutional principle of the Dignity of the Human Person. The objective of this study is to analyze the right to recognition of the genetic identity of the children conceived by heterologous in vitro fertilization, taking into account the need for greater attention of the legislation on the subject, in order to achieve the harmony of fundamental rights, Without prejudice both to the donor of gametes and to the individual generated by the artificial methods and their affective family. For that, the method of approach of the deductive type was used, since it will analyze documents, inherent to the norms, laws and doctrines related to the subject. As for its purpose, it will be the exploratory type, because it provides "... greater familiarity with the problem, with a view to making it more explicit or constructing hypotheses." Regarding the data collection procedures, the bibliographic and documentary types will be applied. Finally, through the analysis of jurisprudence, the Civil Code, the Federal Constitution and doctrinal understandings, the possibility of establishing a harmonization between the right to anonymity and the right to genetic identity was established.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diante das vastas mudanças enfrentadas pelo cenário familiar brasileiro em razão da modernização da sociedade, o presente trabalho monográfico contrapõe o direito ao anonimato do doador do material genético na reprodução assistida heteróloga, garantido pela Resolução do Conselho Federal de Medicina nº 2.121/2015, ante ao direito ao conhecimento da origem genética, intrínseco ao princípio constitucional da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana. Diante disso, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o direito ao reconhecimento da identidade genética dos filhos concebidos pela fertilização in vitro heteróloga, atentando para a necessidade de uma maior atenção da legislação sobre o assunto, para que se alcance a harmonia dos direitos fundamentais, sem prejuízo tanto para o doador de gametas quanto para o indivíduo gerado pelos métodos artificiais e sua família afetiva. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método de abordagem do tipo dedutivo, uma vez que se analisarão documentos, inerentes às normas, leis e doutrinas vinculadas ao tema. Quanto ao seu objetivo, será a do tipo exploratória. Quanto aos procedimentos na coleta de dados, serão aplicadas as pesquisas dos tipos bibliográfica e documental. E por fim, por meio da análise às jurisprudências, do Código Civil, Constituição Federal e de entendimentos doutrinários concluiu-se sobre a possibilidade de se estabelecer uma harmonização entre o direito ao anonimato e o direito à identidade genética.	pt_BR
