dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this paper is to analyze the civil proceedings in the light of the principle of cooperation based on doctrinal understandings and current legislation. A joint reading is made with the principles of due process of law, contradictory and good faith, in order to identify the new procedural paradigms. For that, the qualitative approach was used, since it aims to know the subjects' perceptions regarding the object of the investigation. With regard to the procedure, the bibliographical was used, mainly using doctrines, articles and the legislation. Regarding the level of depth used in the research, an exploratory study was carried out, seeking to ensure greater intimacy with the object of the study. At the end of the research, it was verified that the Cooperation Principle aims to give the process a structure formed based on the dialogue between the parties, resizing the contradictory, with the purpose of giving greater support to the judicial decision. In this way, it was concluded that the model of collaborative process requires the parties to adopt a more proactive stance, trying to overcome the vices that can be remedied in order to obtain the merit of the case fairly and effectively.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o processo civil à luz do princípio da cooperação com base nos entendimentos doutrinários e na legislação vigente. Faz-se uma leitura conjunta com os princípios do devido processo legal, do contraditório e da boa-fé, a fim de identificar os novos paradigmas processuais. Para tanto, utilizou-se a abordagem qualitativa, uma vez que visa conhecer as percepções dos sujeitos quanto ao objeto da investigação. No que diz respeito ao procedimento, empregou-se o bibliográfico, utilizando principalmente doutrinas, artigos e a legislação. A respeito do nível de profundidade utilizado na pesquisa, efetuou-se um estudo exploratório, buscando assegurar maior intimidade com o objeto do estudo. Finalizada a pesquisa, constatou-se que o Princípio da Cooperação visa dar ao processo uma estrutura formada com base no diálogo entre as partes, redimensionando o contraditório, com o propósito de dar um maior suporte à decisão judicial. Desta forma, concluiu-se que o modelo de processo colaborativo requer das partes uma postura mais proativa, procurando superar os vícios sanáveis para que se obtenha a prospecção do mérito da causa de forma justa e efetiva.	pt_BR
