prevenção e tratamento do diabético.
Physical exercise has been the subject of different studies that relate its effects on health. There are many studies that deal with the positive effects of physical exercise for people living with diabetes. Thus, this article aims to describe the importance of physical exercise in the prevention and treatment of diabetes. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out, seeking concepts, ideas and studies that demonstrate such importance and how this is evidenced through research carried out in a controlled way by some authors. The study has the benefit of increasing insulin action right after exercise, or even improving cardiorespiratory fitness, which is greatly affected by diabetes. It should also be noted that in some cases, physical exercise should be avoided, and pre-monitoring is necessary prior to the practice of any exercise, to avoid worsening any condition that the individual may have. Thus, it is concluded that physical exercises are important not only for the control of glycemic levels, but also for an improvement in the quality of life of any person, improving not only physical, but also psychological issues.
