dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the voice of the amicus curiae in the Brazilian civil process, that is, in what measures its opinions and clarifications in the process are important and considered for the purpose of judicial judgment. In order to do this, in terms of the level, the paper adopted the exploratory method, as for the approach was adopted the quantitative technique and as for the procedure in data collection the adopted system was the bibliographical, using the referential published in the Brazilian literature, as well as scientific articles and court judgments. In order to bring more legal certainty to judicial decisions, the legislature brought to the legal system the figure of the friend of the court, third party intervening to protect an institutional interest through the provision of useful information and necessary clarifications given in court so that a more qualified decision is taken by the judge. After analyzing the content explained, the result of the present study is that the amicus curiae has an active voice in the civil process and in the Brazilian legal system, given its ability to provide further discussion of the subject-matter of the dispute, democratizing the debate and increasing the coefficient of legitimacy of the decision that will be pronounced by the magistrate at the end of his trial, being able to take as base the action of the friend of the court in the process and what its intervention is able to add to the same.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo demonstrar qual a voz do amicus curiae no processo civil brasileiro, isto é, em que medida seus pareceres e esclarecimentos levados ao processo são importantes e considerados para fim de julgamento judicial. Para isso, quanto ao nível, o trabalho adota o método exploratório, quanto à abordagem foi adotada a técnica quantitativa e quanto ao procedimento na coleta de dados o sistema adotado foi o bibliográfico, utilizando o referencial publicado na literatura brasileira, bem como artigos científicos e acórdãos dos tribunais. A fim de trazer mais segurança jurídica às decisões judiciais, o legislador traz para o ordenamento jurídico a figura do amigo da corte, terceiro interveniente que tutela um interesse institucional por meio de prestação de informações úteis e esclarecimentos necessários dados em juízo para que uma decisão de mais qualidade seja tomada pelo juiz. Após a análise do conteúdo explanado, o resultado do presente estudo é que o amicus curiae tem voz ativa no processo civil e no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, haja vista sua capacidade de propiciar uma maior discussão sobre o objeto do litígio, democratizando o debate e aumentando o coeficiente de legitimidade da decisão que será proferida pelo magistrado ao final de seu julgamento, podendo tomar como base a atuação do amigo da corte no processo e o que sua intervenção é capaz de agregar ao mesmo.	pt_BR
