Resumo
A pesquisa aborda a regularização do poder familiar em famílias substitutas no
desenvolvimento infantil e juvenil. O objetivo geral é citar como foi regularizado os novos
conceitos de família no ordenamento jurídico atual e a importância do poder familiar nas
famílias substitutas, classificando suas modalidades e analisando a importância dos princípios
legais vigentes na Constituição Federal e no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) para
o cuidado de crianças e adolescentes, e como a negligência familiar tem de impacto
significativo no seu desenvolvimento. O método indutivo e qualitativo, aliado à pesquisa
bibliográfica, proporciona uma análise detalhada do tema, incorporando diversas perspectivas
e conclusões, sendo possível verificar que a regularização do poder familiar em famílias
substitutas não apenas atende a demandas jurídicas, mas também desempenha um papel crucial
na construção de um ambiente propício ao crescimento e bem-estar integral, com afeto, amor,
respeito, educação, saúde, bons exemplos, e entre outros pontos positivos, contribuindo para a
construção de uma sociedade mais justa e inclusiva, onde o cuidado e a proteção da infância e
juventude são prioridades fundamentais do Estado
The research addresses the regularization of family power in foster families in child and youth development. The general objective is to mention how the new family concepts were regularized in the current legal system and the importance of family power in surrogate families, classifying its modalities and analyzing the importance of the legal principles in force in the Federal Constitution and the Child and Adolescent Statute ( ECA) for the care of children and adolescents, and how family neglect has a significant impact on their development. The inductive and qualitative method, combined with bibliographical research, provides a detailed analysis of the topic, incorporating different perspectives and conclusions, making it possible to verify that the regularization of family power in foster families not only meets legal demands, but also plays a crucial role in construction of an environment conducive to growth and integral well-being, with affection, love, respect, education, health, good examples, and among other positive points, contributing to the construction of a fairer and more inclusive society, where care and Protection of children and youth are fundamental priorities of the State
