dc.description.abstract	The presente monographic work had as main objective to analyze the importance of the regulation of the succession of the virtual patrimony left by the de cujus. It is known that the succession of physical assets is already a subject covered by Brazilian Civil Law, but the novelty is the so-called digital inheritance, related to goods stored in a virtual environment. For this, the research was carried out through the deductive approach method, with research based on bibliographical material and related legislation. In order to obtain the results, law, doctrines and articles about the subject were analyzed. Regarding the approach, the qualitative approach was used, since it is the most adequate for the proposed objective. The work analyzed, in a first moment, the Sucessory Right. Also, an approach was taken on the Virtual and Digital Law, elucidating about the technological evolution and its influences in the daily life. Therefore, the insertion of the theme digital inheritance was explored considering the Succession Law, pointing out the projects of existing laws that have the intention to regulate the succession of these assets, and that aim to make na extensive and analogous interpretation on the insertion of the assets in na inventory process, in the same way as the movable and real estate properties are included. Finally, it was noted that there is a need to establish a norm that regulates the proposed topic, in order to ensure legal certainty within legal relations, especially in the Law of Succession.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho monográfico teve como objetivo primordial analisar a importância da regulamentação da sucessão do patrimônio virtual deixado pelo de cujus. Sabe-se que a sucessão dos bens patrimoniais físicos já é matéria abordada pelo Direito Civil Brasileiro, mas a novidade é a chamada herança digital, relacionada aos bens armazenados em ambiente virtual. Para tanto a pesquisa realizou-se através do método de abordagem dedutivo, com pesquisa baseada em material bibliográfico e legislação pertinente, sendo que para se obter os resultados foi analisada a lei, doutrinas e artigos acerca do tema. No que tange à abordagem, empregou-se a qualitativa, posto ser a mais adequada ao objetivo proposto.O trabalho se deteve a analisar, em um primeiro momento, o Direito Sucessório propriamente dito. Ainda, foi realizada uma abordagem sobre o Direito Virtual e Digital, elucidando acerca da evolução tecnológica e suas influências no cotidiano. Por conseguinte, explorou-se a inserção do tema herança digital à luz do Direito Sucessório, apontando os projetos de leis existentes que contam com a intenção de regulamentar a sucessão desses ativos, e que objetivam fazer uma interpretação extensiva e analógica quanto à inserção dos ativos digitais em um processo de inventário, da mesma forma como são inclusos os bens móveis e imóveis. Por fim, se constatou a necessidade de se estabelecer uma norma que regulamente o tema proposto, afim de assegurar a segurança jurídica dentro das relações jurídicas, em especial, no Direito das Sucessões.	pt_BR
