dc.description.abstract	The aim of this course conclusion paper is to understand the factors that lead the insertion of women in the crime of drug trafficking, having as subjects of this study the admissions condemned by Drug Trafficking of the Criciúma / SC County Women's Penitentiary. Thus permeating the research the progression in the conquest of spaces in society, in legislation, in education, in the women's labor market. Thus, for a better understanding of the subject, the research was divided into four chapters: the first one deals with the introution of the present work the second the life of the Contemporary woman, thus permeating the Constitutional, social, legal evolution of women, both nationally and internationally, and its applicability in some UN countries; the third deals with the criminal life of women, permeating factors such as the woman as a character of the crime, the contributory factors to such criminal acts, special care given by law to the offending women, the social consequences of this criminal woman, the crimes most committed in confrontation with the male sphere and the reasons that led to trafficking illicit drugs;The fourth chapter was reserved for field research, referring to the involvement of women in drug trafficking the admission of the Women's Penitentiary of the District of Criciúma-SC. As for the methodology, this study was based on exploratory research, of bibliographic and documentary character, of the case study type, where the theme is analyzed in the light of the legal system and its evolution to the feminine law. Finally, this study concludes with the final considerations, demonstrating the main points that led to the involvement of such women in the world of crime focused on drug trafficking.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por finalidade analisar os fatores que levam a inserção das mulheres no crime de tráfico de drogas, tendo como sujeitos deste estudo as ingressas condenadas por Tráfico de Drogas da Penitenciária Feminina da Comarca de Criciúma/SC. Permeando assim a pesquisa a progressão na conquista de espaços na sociedade, na legislação, na educação, no mercado de trabalho das mulheres. Sendo assim, para melhor compreensão do tema, a pesquisa foi dividida em quatro capítulos: o primeiro aborda a introdução do presente trabalho o segundo a vida da mulher Contemporânea, permeando assim a evolução Constitucional, social, legal da mulher, no âmbito nacional e internacioanl e a sua aplicabilidade em alguns países que fazem parte da ONU; o terceiro trata da vida criminal da mulher, permeando fatores tais como a mulher enquanto personagem do crime, os fatores contributivos para tais atos criminais, cuidados especiais dispensados pela legislação às mulheres infratoras as consequência sociais desta mulher criminosa, os crimes mais praticados em confrontação com a esfera masculina e as razões que levaram a traficar as drogas ilícitas ; o quarto capitulo ficou reservado para pequisa de campo, referente ao envolvimento das mulheres no tráfico de drogas por parte das ingressas na Penitenciaria Feminina da Comarca de Criciúma-SC. Quanto à metodologia, este estudo se pautou na pesquisa exploratória, de caráter bibliográfico e documental, do tipo estudo de caso, onde o tema é analisado à luz do ordenamento jurídico e sua evolução ao direito feminino. Por fim, encerra-se o presente estudo com as considerações finais, demonstrando os principais pontos que levaram ao envolvimento de tais mulheres ao mundo do crime voltado ao tráfico de drogas.	pt_BR
