Resumo
A manutenção se torna importante, na área de conhecimento de Engenharia de
Manutenção, que por sua vez é responsável pela confiabilidade dos ativos. O presente
trabalho aborda um estudo de caso voltado para indústria de fitas autoadesivas, foi
utilizado a metodologia manutenção centrada em confiabilidade. Tem como objetivo
de pesquisa deste estudo está relacionado em analisar e implementar a manutenção
centrada confiabilidade, aplicados na estratégia de gestão da manutenção, por meio
do estudo de caso de uma indústria de fitas autoadesivas. O estudo foi realizado na
linha 2 do processo produtivo, que foi escolhida para o estudo deste trabalho. Por ser
a linha com o maior número de paradas de manutenção, a mais importante do
processo de produção. Ela é composta por 1 máquina. Portanto, diante disso, deve
ser estudado a melhor forma de manter o equipamento operando, utilizando a
confiabilidade. Trata-se de uma máquina com fornos automatizado do processo de
fitas, a qual é responsável por dar o início no processo a fita. O estudo de caso deste
trabalho, possui propósitos de, definir situações da vida real, sem limites, manter o
caráter do objetivo estudado, relatar situações de análises, desenvolver teorias e
hipóteses, explicando as variáveis causais de determinado fenômeno em situações
complexas. Utilizou uma ordem aleatória, buscando a maior confiabilidade das ações
dos ativos, cuja métrica foi constituída para o problema em questão, baseado na
ordem, coleta de dados, avaliação dos itens críticos e elaboração do plano de
manutenção. Aos resultados, o estudo de caso foi desenvolvido, trazendo novas
perspectivas de manutenção a empresa, que, por meio das análises realizadas,
resolveu implementar a metodologia de MCC e o plano de manutenção específico
neste trabalho, a produtividade na linha 2, antes da implementação produzia cerca de
9.000 m², obteve um ganho em um ano após a implementação 1.176.000 m². Estes
ganhos foram convertidos em lucratividade, e eficiência da confiabilidade. Para com
isso, programar o trabalho de forma eficiente, controlar os custos e garantir a
qualidade dos produtos. Desta maneira, os benefícios da manutenção são inúmeros.
A empresa possuirá um processo produtivo estável e efetivo.
Maintenance becomes important in the knowledge area of Maintenance Engineering, which in turn is responsible for asset reliability. This paper addresses a case study focused on the self-adhesive tapes industry, using the Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology. The research objective of this study is related to analyze and implement the reliability centered maintenance, applied in the maintenance management strategy, through the case study of a self-adhesive tapes industry. The study was carried out on line 2 of the production process, which was chosen for the study of this work. Because it is the line with the highest number of maintenance stops, the most important of the production process. It is composed of 1 machine. Therefore, in view of this, the best way to keep the equipment operating must be studied, using reliability. This is a machine with automated furnaces for the ribbon process, which is responsible for starting the ribbon process. The case study of this work, has purposes of, defining real life situations, without limits, maintaining the character of the objective studied, reporting situations of analysis, developing theories and hypotheses, explaining the causal variables of a certain phenomenon in complex situations. It used a random order, seeking the greatest reliability of the actions of the assets, whose metrics were constituted for the problem at hand, based on the order, data collection, evaluation of critical items and preparation of the maintenance plan. To the results, the case study was developed, bringing new perspectives of maintenance to the company, which, through the analyses performed, decided to implement the MCC methodology and the specific maintenance plan in this work, the productivity in line 2, before the implementation produced about 9,000 m², obtained a gain in one year after the implementation 1,176,000 m². These gains were converted into profitability, and reliability efficiency. In order to do this, to schedule work efficiently, control costs, and ensure the quality of the products. In this way, the benefits of maintenance are numerous. The company will have a stable and effective productive process.
