Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como seu principal objetivo apontar as mudanças relativas à segurança da aviação civil mundial após os ataques de 11 de setembro em solo americano. Feito baseado em análises das falhas que culminaram nos ataques, mudança dos processos de segurança e os impactos deste ocorrido para toda sociedade mundial assim como para a aviação civil. As pesquisas foram realizadas em diversas áreas de conhecimento assim como trabalhos pertinentes ao estudo para a redação desta monografia, documentários que versam sobre o tema, consulta às leis e regulamentações vigentes. Este estudo traz, em suma, as principais inovações de segurança que tornaram a aviação mundial mais segura através de medidas protetivas aos usuários do transporte aéreo, leis aprimoradas e com uma implementação mais árdua e fiscalizada pelos respectivos órgãos de segurança dos países-membros da OACI. A escolha do tema se deu com intuito de elucidar o questionamento inicial, se houve mudanças nas medidas de segurança no setor aeronáutico após o fatídico episódio ocorrido no dia 11 de setembro de 2001. Feitas as análises, se observa drásticas mudanças de segurança, com mais rigor nas práticas de resguardo o que resulta em uma aviação mais segura na atualidade para ambos, passageiros e tripulação.
The present work to be shown has as its main objective to point out the changes related to worldwide civil aviation security after the attacks of September 11th, 2001, which took place in the USA. It was made based on analyses of failures that led to the attacks, changes in the security procedures and the impacts of what happened in 2001 on the whole world society as for civil aviation. The research was made based on multiple scours of knowledge as well as on pertinent works to the elaboration of this monography, documentaries that deals with the theme, queries made to current laws and regulations. This study brings, in summary, the main security innovations that made plane trips safer through protective measures to the passengers, enhanced laws with arduous implementation and monitored by the respective security authorities of each member countries of ICAO. The choice of the theme was made with the intention to elucidate the initial question, whether there were changes to the security measures on the aviation sector after the fateful episode occurred on September 11th, 2001. Done the analyses, it is observed drastic changes over the security measures, with more stringent safeguarding practices, what results in a safer aviation environment for both passengers and aircrew.
العمل الحالي الذي سيتم عرضه له هدف رئيسي يتمثل في إشارة التغيرات المتعلقة بأمن الطيران المدني العالمي بعد هجمات ١١ سبتمبر ٢٠٠١ التي وقعت في الواليات المتحدة األمريكية. تم إعداده بنا ء على تحليالت األخطاء التي أدت إلى الهجمات وتغيرات في إجراءات األمان وتأثيرات ما حدث في عام ٢٠٠١ على مجتمع العالم بأسره فيما يتعلق بالطيران المدني. تم إجراء البحث بنا ء على مصادر متعددة من المعرفة وكذلك على األعمال ذات الصلة بإعداد هذه الدراسة، وثائق تتناول هذا الموضوع، واستفسارات تم إجراؤها على القوانين واللوائح الحالية. تقدم هذه الدراسة، في الخالصة، االبتكارات األمنية الرئيسية التي جعلت رحالت الطائرات أكثر أمان ا من خالل تدابير حماية للركاب، وتعزيز القوانين مع تنفيذ متعب ومراقبة من قبل السلطات األمنية المعنية في كل دولة عضو في االيكاو. تم اختيار هذا الموضوع بهدف توضيح السؤال األولي، ما إذا كانت هناك تغيرات في تدابير األمان في قطاع الطيران بعد الحادث المأساوي الذي وقع في ١١ سبتمبر.٢٠٠١ بعد إجراء التحليالت، يتم مالحظة تغيرات جذرية في تدابير األمان، مع ممارسات حماية أكثر صرامة، مما يؤدي إلى بيئة طيران أكثر أمان ا للركاب وطاقم الطائرة على حد سواء
