Sim, a mulher pode!

| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo, a partir dos pressupostos teóricos da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa pecheutiana, analisa o funcionamento do enunciado Sim, a mulher Pode!, empregado por Dilma Rousseff em seu discurso após vencer a eleição presidencial do País, em 2010, como um dizer que acaba ressoando sentidos de outros dizeres, como: o We can do it!, usado pelo governo americano durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial (1939-1945), tomado aqui como efeito de começo, e o Yes, we can!, usado por Barack Obama em seu discurso após vencer a eleição presidencial dos Estados Unidos, em 2008. Numa análise horizontal, primeiro procuramos: investigar esses três enunciados a fim de identificar neles os sentidos mesmos ¿ parafrásticos ¿ e os sentidos outros ¿ polissêmicos; e investigar de que forma o Discurso de Dilma (DD) é atravessado por dizeres da Formação Discursiva feminista, da militante e da classe trabalhadora de modo que ecoem neles sentidos de poder e de resistência. Para isso, partimos de conceitos teóricos da AD relacionados a sujeito, sentido, poder e resistência. Depois, tomamos os enunciados We can do it! e o Yes, we can! com o objetivo de fazer uma análise vertical do DD, Sim, a mulher pode!, procurando entender como a memória se presentifica neste dizer trazendo sentidos derivados da posição sujeito mãe, mulher, trabalhadora etc. A partir daí, percebemos que o Sim, a mulher pode! se reatualiza em outras falas da presidenta Dilma, identificadas à FD feminista, militante e dos trabalhadores, e, a partir dessas falas, pudemos perceber no DD marcas de poder e de resistência. É desse modo que o DD se mostra como um modo de contorcimento na língua política, uma vez que Dilma Rousseff, ao assumir a posição de Presidenta da República, o faz atravessada de sentidos da posição mãe, mulher, trabalhadora etc., ou seja, sentidos que marcam o ineditismo: ter uma mulher ocupando a posição de Presidenta de um País. É a partir desse ineditismo que pudemos perceber não só a resistência da sociedade em relação à presença de uma mulher no mais alto cargo do País, mas também a resistência do próprio sujeito enunciador na tentativa de se (re)afirmar com o dizer Sim, a mulher pode! que marca aí o preconceito ainda existente em nossa sociedade. O DD, assim, ao mesmo tempo que se marca como um discurso que registra dupla resistência (para com ela e dela mesma), marca-se como um discurso de poder. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study, from the theoretical presuppositions of Discourse Analysis in the pecheutian french line, analyzes the operation of the enunciation Sim, a mulher pode!, used by Dilma Rousseff into her discourse after winning the presidential election of Brazil, in 2010, as a saying that ends resounding senses from other sayings, like: the We can do it!, used by the american government during the Second World War (1939-1945) taken here as a effect of beginning, and the Yes, we can!, used by Barack Obama in his discourse after winning the United States¿ presidential election, in 2008. In a horizontal analysis, first we seek: investigate these three enunciations in order to identify in them the same senses ¿ paraphrastical ¿ and the other senses ¿ polysemous; and investigate how the Dilma¿s Discourse (DD) is crossed by feminist Discursive Formation¿s sayings, from militant and from working class, so that echo in them senses of power and resistance. Afterwards, we take the enunciations We can do it! e o Yes, we can! aiming to do a vertical analysis of DD, Sim, a mulher pode!, seeking to understand how the memory presents itself in this saying bringing derivative senses from the subject-position mother, woman, working woman etc. Thenceforward, we realize that Sim, a mulher pode! renews itself in other words of president Dilma, identified to the feminist DF, militant and workers¿, and, from these words, we could realize, in the DD, marks of power and resistance. Thereby the DD shows itself as a way of contortion on the political language, since Dilma Rousseff, on assuming the position of President of the Republic, does it crossed by the position¿s senses of mother, woman, worker etc., in other words, senses that mark the uniqueness: having a woman occupying the position of president of a Country. It is from this uniqueness that we could realize not only the resistance of the society in relation to the presence of a woman on the highest position of the Country, but also the resistance of the own subject-enunciator in an attempt of (re)affirm with the saying Sim, a mulher pode!, which marks the preconception still existent into our society. The DD, thus, simultaneously marks itself as a discourse that registers a double resistance (to her and from her) and as a discourse of power. | en |
