dc.description.abstract	Art therapy leads to the expression of thoughts or feelings often impossible to express through a single language. This article is structured in three parts. Initially, we make a brief explanation about art therapy applied to early childhood education, in order to contextualize the research. In the second part, we characterize the results from the perspective of Vera Lúcia Trevisan de Souza (2016) and Viktor Lowenfeld (1976). In the third part we discuss the expressions of art and present some considerations about the contribution of art in the child development. This research aims to analyze the contribution and application of Art Therapy in early childhood education through a search for articles national and international, indexed, free access, online, wide access to consolidated databases in academia: EDUBASE, SciELO, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, from the last 10 years, resulting in 12 articles. Research advances in terms of the importance of art for the child's development and points out the social role of creativity as inseparable characteristic of a resilient, inclusive citizen, above all free, capable of revolutionary acts for individual and collective life and good living.	en
dc.description.abstract	A arteterapia conduz à expressão de pensamentos ou sentimentos muitas vezes impossíveis de serem expressos por meio de uma única linguagem. O presente artigo está estruturado em três partes. Inicialmente, fazemos uma breve explanação sobre a arteterapia aplicada à educação infantil, com a finalidade de contextualizar a pesquisa. Na segunda parte, caracterizamos os resultados a partir da perspectiva de Vera Lúcia Trevisan de Souza (2016) e Viktor Lowenfeld (1976). Na terceira parte discutimos sobre as expressões de arte e apresentamos algumas considerações sobre a contribuição da arte no desenvolvimento infantil. Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a contribuição e a aplicação da Arteterapia na educação infantil por meio de uma busca de artigos nacionais e internacionais, indexadas, de acesso gratuito, online, de amplo acesso em bases de dados consolidadas no meio acadêmico: EDUBASE, SciELO, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, dos últimos 10 anos, resultando em 12 artigos. A pesquisa avança no que tange importância da arte para o desenvolvimento da criança e aponta o papel social da criatividade como característica indissociável de um cidadão resiliente, inclusivo, sobretudo livre, capaz de atos revolucionários para a vida e o bem viver individual e coletivo.	pt_BR
